First, my labels did not arrive; after a short email, I was immediately offered to get new ones at their expense or a refund. The new labels then arrived quite quickly. Thank you, best regards, we are now ordering more often, and this was the first time there was a delivery problem, which the company is not responsible for, but probably the delivery person.

They packed the labels for both children into one block, which is not practical for the children!

Only predefined packs are printed in separate booklets. You have chosen individual labels and we have not received a request from you to print these separately. In this case, the labels will be printed in a single booklet unless otherwise requested by the customer.
