Delivery was fast and the product were of good quality. Only problem was communicating with the customers representative

The labels are fine, but in my case they are too long and I have to cut them, as they cannot be cut to a shorter size. The quality seems fine to me, they look good on my products, and they stick in a few seconds with the iron. What I liked the least is that they took a long time to arrive.

I placed an order on 20.10.2022. On 21.10.2022, I received an email that my order had been sent. But it has not arrived. On 28/10/2022 I sent an email complaining and received no reply. Then on 10/31/2022 I called them. They were very helpful when I called them. They created a new order again. And on 11/9/2022 I finally received the order. The quality of the labels is very good, and the designs are nice, but too much delay for me. They should change the delivery service.

THE FONT SIZE COULD BE LARGER. IF YOU OVERDO IT A LITTLE WITH THE IRON, THE LABEL WILL BREAK DOWN. AT LEAST MY ENVELOPE WITH LABELS DID NOT HAVE THE PAPER THAT THE INSTRUCTIONS PUT ON IT. ANYWAY, IT IS A QUICK AND USEFUL IDENTIFICATION, ESPECIALLY IF IT CAN WITHSTAND WASHING, WHICH TIME WILL TELL.

Labels not arrived, good on the customer care who made me send them back but I still remain in trouble having to wait again. Basically two months to get labels that I need every day for the nest. You should make standard shipments faster, 10 days not even riding a horse and carriage.

Super practical and very nice design. But they have taken a long time to arrive home and we live in barcelona.

The labels are beautiful but they come off alas!

Delivery took a while and the color of the stickers did not quite match the expectation. The quality of the stickers is great.

I have been ordering labels for 4 years but in the last order I received, the quality of the thermoadhesive labels dropped significantly. It is much more difficult to stick them with an iron, and in one wash in the washing machine they came off. I do not recommend thermoadhesive labels.

The booklet was in an envelope. It arrived totally curled and creased! As a result, all the pages I bought had a defect or blemish. The letter also looked like it had been wet once. What a pity. Not worth the money in this condition!

THE STICKERS DO NOT HOLD UP TO WASHING OR DRYING. SEVERAL STICKERS HAVE COME OFF SINCE I STARTED USING THEM. AND I DO STICK THEM ON THE BRAND/SIZE LABELS AND I DO PUT A LOT OF PRESSURE WHEN I STICK THEM ON.

After a few washes, the labels come off. I have problems with this new material, the ones from before were rough and stayed on without any problems. These are shiny and the hold is scarce.

It has taken 20 days to arrive in my mailbox.

Deliveries in biblical time, even paying for expedited delivery. Fortunately, customer service is responsive. In one case got a refund of expenses.

It has taken a long time, almost a month since I ordered them.

After 2 weeks it still hadn't been delivered. I was supposed to get in touch again. I did so again after 2.5 weeks. Was then probably produced again. After more than 3.5 weeks, I still haven't received anything

I have used your name tags before and always rated them - but this most recent set didn't stick as well ??

The labels are pretty, but the iron-on ones don't wash off.

Complicated start-up. Order misplaced, difficult to contact. But customer service was responsive to my comment, and the staff were understanding and helpful. Can't wait to receive my labels.

Hello, I have lots of labels that don't peel off properly... impossible to stick them on clothes because the paper comes with them! I regret my purchase.

As soon as I put them on, some iron-on labels came off in the first wash. However, I seem to have correctly applied the procedure (hot iron, 8s without steam with the sulfur paper supplied). Hopefully others won't come off too quickly.

Super disappointed, I thought I had ordered iron-on labels and not stickers to stick on the labels, as I cut them all off.......

The labels did not match the color ??????

So far the order has not arrived, other previous orders have arrived before 15 days but this one has not arrived yet.

The adhesives are good but unfortunately too expensive and delivery takes far too long.

Part of the delivery was forgotten and had to be delivered later. The stated delivery time was greatly exceeded. Delivery from France takes at least 1 week longer

Problem with the order and shoe labels that don't stick - shame. I'll try again to see if it's just bad luck.

I stuck 1 label on one of my son's vests and after a day it wasn't stuck anymore. I ordered on purpose because he's going on a school trip and all the clothes have to be named.

I ordered the label to stick with the iron unfortunately once in the machine comes off yet I do as it says! I'm disappointed.

Despite following the instructions, most of the labels peeled off when I washed them at 30 degrees, so I was really disappointed. I had to order elsewhere because it was for my son's first day of school.

I have made several purchases on the site, at different times of the year, and I must say that the package wait times have always been long! As for the product, the cap of the water bottles has always had problems! The first water bottle purchased with the first fall cracked and could no longer be used. I had sent an email asking for a replacement and we were told we could not be accommodated. Good thing we ordered two caps so we kept the second one, Even with the last order the cap leaks water. I have not written again to ask for replacement as I can guess the answer! The product is very nice and nice customization idea. The labels on the other hand thermoadhesive excellent.

The labels don't stick very well. Some didn't even wait for the first wash to come off. They're big and they stick out of the labels on the clothes, so it's not always possible to stick them on the label. I usually buy them from ludilabel, but I switched because I needed so many and it was cheaper. I'm very disappointed and will have to buy a lot more.

I was a little disappointed, some labels after the first wash are already wasted indeed one even came off, maybe I must have done something wrong even though I seem to have followed the instructions to the letter.

I'm happy with the product but not so happy with the service. They made a spelling mistake on the first name and they kindly give me a promo code to buy a new one! Thanks but no thanks, I won't be buying from this site again.

The labels are very cute but the thermo-adhesive labels come off quickly from the clothes without going through the washing machine. The object labels are still intact for now.

This is the second time I bought products from them: the first time in 2019 thermoadhesive labels x clothes and stickers for objects and to this day they still resist, especially those for clothes that I also wash at 60* and dry in the dryer. While the second time, that is a month ago, I bought only the thermoadhesive ones and unfortunately I have to say that despite the good quality, already one out of 4 has come off but I want to be positive and hope that by passing over it again with the iron, it can reattach ????
