Ease of use of the site and options for clothing labels

I have been ordering for several years but this time I wanted to change a bit, the labels are not iron-on but to be stuck on the garment label whereas I need them for my sewing collections. Second point, the last letter is confused in the flower, although on the order screen it was clearly distinct, third point shipping mix-up, I received someone else's labels! Even though customer service resolved the issue, it forced me to return to the pickup point.

Perfect, the printing on the cups is great. Regarding the printing on the boxes, I was slightly disappointed because I thought it was like the cups, but it's not; it's a label stuck on top. But customer service is excellent and delivery is fast.
