Good product, except for the fact that on pencils that are not round, the label tends to come off and has to be re-glued each time.

Labels are great however, one sheet of them are of someone else's name so we can't use them.

Having tested other etiquette brands, I find that this brand holds up better on clothes and pencils.

I purchased both item and garment labels, fantastic both, excellent quality and sent inside a booklet with free stickers for the kids! The first order was lost and they were immediately helpful in solving the problem by offering me either a refund or a reprint, I chose the latter and am happy with it. 2nd time I order. Small printing problem as I ordered for two children. The 1st order was for the little section and I got labels for the whole kindergarten. The labels are very resistant and my son's clothes still have the labels. For the 2nd order I called the after-sales service, very reactive, 1 week later I had the missing board.
