The ordered labels are not of super good quality for the price paid... those for shoes hold well, however those on clothes peel off despite the usage recommendations being followed..

The thermal adhesive clothing labels do not hold up in the wash..... too bad since I wash at 20 degrees.

I already ordered for my son when he was in kindergarten and had no issues, but this year I regret ordering for my daughter, all the labels are peeling off one after the other, I don't understand why? Disappointed with the quality but the design is still nice.

I ordered for 2 children... the labels for the items are great, nothing to say, beautiful... but the labels for the fabrics are a total disappointment, they detach after washing..30 euros wasted....I have to buy others elsewhere

I moved from iron on to stick on labels - and they’re absolutely useless, I was saying to my husband earlier how they are already washing off!!!

Choosing labels is complicated and not intuitive. I made a mistake on the size of the labels. The delivery time is not clear either. It can take up to 10 days. What stress. Your customer service has remained very evasive in its response.

The stickers are hard to remove. Especially for children. Additionally, I find the whole booklet and the extra stickers unnecessary.

I followed the instructions, pressing firmly with the very hot iron on the label (but first placing the provided sheet of paper on it).. waited a few days before wearing the sweater, but already two labels are coming off. One did not stick well, despite the correct pressure. I am very sorry, I will try again hoping for a better application, but I really believe I followed all the steps correctly.

Labels have already started peeling off after only two weeks. Other brands previously used did not do this
Unfortunately, the desired hippopotamus is only half well printed, on the other side of the hippopotamus it looks like the printer had lost interest.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the labels but very disappointed with the stamps. Only one ink pad for two stamps purchased - I do not find that reasonable, considering the price of the product.

Although I followed the instructions and they stuck well after the iron. With the first wash, the vast majority came off, the others in the second wash. The ones that simply stuck, very well.

I am satisfied with my order, received quickly and in line with my expectations. A small downside, I paid for envelopes, I did not receive the invoice and moreover, some were dirty. I wrote to customer service, I was told that the defective envelopes would be resent but I am still waiting for them after a month. Really a shame.

The decorations around the name on the label are mostly on the border. Once detached, there is little decoration on the label. I had chosen a solid color the previous time, it was better. A bit disappointed.
