My order never arrived,I received no response to my solicitation requesting where it went

The order never arrived. A month waiting for a refund. In short, they took my money.

Bad experience, I did not receive my order, they did not know how to tell me anything and misleading advertising. After several emsil, they paid the order.

I do not receive the order. They do not send tracking number, nor transport company. The customer service phone number that appears on the website, according to the voice message, does not correspond to any customer. No response to emails. I am writing this review in the hope of getting a response.

I still have not received the order, placed Oct. 13. Customer service claims that the cap is wrong and the order should go back. From the website, the order appears delivered. To whom? Absurd them and their not very credible excuses. Meanwhile they ask me if I want to reorder the labels, denying me a refund for the phantom order. Very bad service.

The clothing labels never arrived. I have written two emails, without receiving a reply.

Order placed on October 9, 2022, after several emails sent no response and impossible to reach them by phone....to date I still have not received anything. I'm in the transport business and personally I've never seen such a long delay for a shipment! Disappointed?

I still haven't received my labels, I have ordered them several times since 27/09/22 very unhappy because in addition to not receiving them and losing 28 I lose business at the nursery.

Very bad service. Absolutely do not buy. The shipping service is not tracked and nothing gets to you. After a long wait they say they sent it by mail but the letter carrier never found anything for me. Scam!!!

The order has not arrived. After 20 days. I am still waiting for an answer.

I placed the order on 12/10/2022, then I get the email notifying me that the order started on 17/10/2022. To date after 10 days I still have not received anything. Money thrown away. Never again!!!!

Bad. Despite the fact that the order went out some time ago, I have not received it.

Order placed September 29. So far October 25 nothing has arrived.

Parcel received 1 week later theoretically in 24h/48h it happens and there more than 1 week

The order never arrived, I can't contact support, and I can't get a refund. It almost seems like a scam since there are several reviews like mine. I am very disappointed

Adhesives release and lose glue. They shift and slide off the pencil or marker to which they were attached. Bad.

I bought a personalized water bottle for my son, but after not even a week the name and other designs were already ruined, they sent me a replacement water bottle but the second one arrived ruined as well. I would not buy it again it is not a quality product.

The order did not arrive. I contacted them and they invited me to wait a few more days, without giving any explanation of what happened. I contact them again days later demanding a refund, you can lose the package, I understand, but their attitude leaves much to be desired.... NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDABLE

All the labels are coming off ...the operation was performed to the letter but it was definitely money wasted!

I have placed two orders because the labels are very cute. In the first order I was left with the doubt if they were defective because they did not hold anything on the clothes. The thermo adhesive labels do not stick well and disappear after the first wash. As I thought they were defective this year I have placed another order and they are the same, it is not worth it, you will be picking up labels all over the house. Very bad quality.

Total scam by this company. If anyone is thinking of ordering from them please do not waste your time or money. More than a month waiting for my order, they offer to send it again instead of refunding and nothing arrives. As if the first order has gone to the Bermuda triangle, they don't give you any explanation why you are not going to receive it, they just tell you that it might not arrive. Sorry ? You write them an email and they reply as if nothing happened and they don't regret their mistake. It is not a mistake, it is a real SCAM.

My opinion is bad, basically because I cannot comment on the product BECAUSE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, I have contacted you and have not received a response.

Very disappointed, the iron-on labels came off after the first run in the washing machine, the shoe labels didn't hold at all, I wouldn't recommend it.

I can't evaluate the order because I haven't received it yet. I wrote to customer service and they told me to keep waiting but it has been too long and I still have no order! I hope it will be resolved as soon as possible! Thank you
