Not what I expected. The ink smudges a lot and La Niña's name is not legible. I would have done it sooner by buying an indelible ink pen.

The quality of the product is very good, but the delivery time is very long.

Lousy customer service

I washed the labeled garments in the washing machine and some of the labels came off, I hoped it wouldn't happen. I don't think I will buy from this retailer again, at least no more labels for garments.

Arrived much too late, in addition much too small the font not clearly visible, the colors are also not intense enough I will not order again! It was definitely not worth the money!

I trusted your labels again because of the previous positive experience, but this time I paid the same and there was only one sheet with stickers (for iron-on), when the previous time, for the same price, there were 5 pages. I was really disappointed.

The iron on lables fall off. I've ironed on clothes 200°c heat, left for over 24hours before wearing and also washed in 30°c temp but all the ironed on lables are peeling off

Could be good if it weren't for the adhesive ones that in markers and crayons tend to come off and you have to tape them. So sufficient.

Aesthetically beautiful labels but some were not properly pre-cut and would not come off.

I had aquaistas before and always got along well, but this time..I got personalized labels for clothing and objects. Unfortunately only one sheet was for garments to be glued with iron, the rest were simple stickers..and honestly 30 euros for stickers

Fun stickers for kids, they recognize their stuff with them. Delivery took longer than expected.

Super late merchandise, labels not adhering well, coming off

My order did not arrive in the described timeframe so I immediately contacted customer service and they were operative and resent it to me. I purchased through Instagram but maybe due to some bugs in my account I was not seeing the tracking of the order but only that it was shipped. Therefore have to thank the customer service without which I would not have known how to solve it.

I placed the first order, which was LOST, the customer service was very fair to me re sending the order, which however has yet to arrive. i have heard very good things about this company, i gave it a negative rating because i hope they improve the shipping service

The products are good and for that reason I have been buying your labels for about 7 years now. BUT the shipping is soooo slow, it always takes much longer than promised. You should look for another way of shipping, because looking at the complaints on the web, many people say the same thing.

The labels were great but took too long

Ordered on 06.09.22 and after 20 days it was finally delivered successfully. As a gesture of goodwill, it was printed a second time and delivered again.

Good product, but shipping takes a long time and they don't make it clear when you order.

Took too many days to arrive

They took a long time to arrive, almost 15 days.

I placed an order on September 7 and after about 20 days without receiving it, customer service sent the order again. Just one day after sending it again, the first order arrived, but I informed them and they finally compensated me for the wait with the shipment of the two orders.

Excessive delay in delivery.

The purchase process, easy and with many options. I liked it. Now what I find deplorable is the shipping and delivery process. I spend a lot of money, big or small, it doesn't matter, and I don't even know when or if the package will arrive, I see it as third world. It has taken me a month to receive the package. It is a far cry from any other online shopping platform, where you are notified of the process, the day of receipt and it arrives in a timely manner. I will not buy any more if you do not change the system you currently have.

This year's narrow and long version labels have found poor adhesion on crayons and markers . They lift over the entire length. A real shame!

They take longer than stipulated and the product is very good, I am delighted and my children even more so.
