This is the second time I bought products from them: the first time in 2019 thermoadhesive labels x clothes and stickers for objects and to this day they still resist, especially those for clothes that I also wash at 60* and dry in the dryer. While the second time, that is a month ago, I bought only the thermoadhesive ones and unfortunately I have to say that despite the good quality, already one out of 4 has come off but I want to be positive and hope that by passing over it again with the iron, it can reattach ????

Iron-on labels all peel off.

I have not yet received the order, I understand that it is due to customs problems and is unrelated to the company itself, but I can not evaluate the product.

I have been buying Petit-Fernand labels for my daughter since she was in daycare. I find them to be beautiful and comfortable. Unfortunately, with the last 2 supplies I have noticed that the glue on the stickers is not what it used to be, on the school pencils they would peel off and I had to tape them down. The old ones also resisted the washer, dryer and even the dishwasher. The graphics, on the other hand, are always beautiful. I recommend them and will still buy them again.

Various problems when ordering, the payment method chosen at the start did not work. 2nd payment method, the discount did not work. Fortunately, after contacting customer service, they refunded the difference.

The labels come off after the 1st wash although I am very satisfied with the 1st purchase

Despite the fact that I meticulously and scrupulously followed the directions on the instructions and used neither high-turn spin dryer nor dryer, the labels came off (about half of them) and as a result I cannot be satisfied with my purchase. A real shame since the graphics are really quite nice!

The labels are wonderful, as always! Too bad the shipping by regular mail has been worse. Last year they arrived in a paper envelope, inside a hard cardboard envelope. This year in a plain envelope which, with the rain in the mailbox, failed. Most of the labels were saved but part of the pad was damaged. With what the order cost, it is a shame.

Good product but VERY slow shipping.

Stick on labels haven't stayed on care labels during normal washing cycle this time as they have done with previous orders.

The labels are very cool but you have had some that after washing (40°) have peeled off the clothes.

Despite that I paid 10 euros for express shipping I received the order after a week

Very nice product and appreciated since it was a gift. It would be to improve the communication of when the package is shipped since for a few days I did not hear anything more about the order and going to the customer area in the track your order section what appeared was only "shipped by priority letter" and it was not clear at what point the shipment was. Anyway product much appreciated!

Last years batch worked really well, this year,aside from the iron on labels. this year all of the stick on labels apart from the shoe labels have failed, same shirts, same washing, same use, labels started to peak off after second wash. I emailed via the website, with no reply, emailed direct, with no reply, facebooked awaiting a reply. I just want them to reprint as there was an issue!

Mixed opinion! - The labels are nice. - The bottles are not at all suitable for a 4/5 year old, the stoppers are too difficult to 'clip on'! So beware of leaks in the schoolbag! - Ophélie in Customer Service is very helpful.

The labels are very nice but unfortunately since they arrived late I have not yet been able to use them and understand their quality

The first time it took 20 days, and the second time it didn't arrive at all.

I paid for express shipping because I needed the stickers as soon as possible and I don't know why, since it took as long as it would have if I hadn't paid for them.

Unfortunately, the iron-on labels don't hold well and fall off relatively quickly. The adhesive labels hold very well on tags in the clothing - but only there. If there is no longer a tag, the label falls off at the latest during washing. Delivery to Germany took a very long time (approx. 1 - 1.5 weeks).

The products seem good (although I've only been trying them for a short time) and aesthetically nicer than other companies (which are less expensive, though). Shipping, however, is super slow: relying on traditional postal service and not a courier means waiting a very long time!

Quick delivery and labels looked exactly as on the picture, however came off from most of the items after 2 washes even though I followed instructions, it's a great shame they do not stay on for longer

The stickers begin to peel off after a few washes (2-4), despite strict adherence to the recommendations for use.

The labels are great, unfortunately they were not sent within the promised 48 hours, after 3 days we received an e-mail that production was delayed.

Unfortunately, some labels, after only a few days, have already come off, both from the clothes (after the first wash) and from the backpack; too bad because they were very cute and comfortable.

Cute clothes labels, colorful print is good quality. A couple of came off partly from the shirts after washing. I also bought the water bottle, but it has a cap that is really hard to open and close, impossible to make a child use independently.

Hi easy to order lovely name tags. But we are only 5 weeks into school term & 2name tags have came off in wash??. So im not overly impressed with this product.

The design is nice but they peel off quickly in the wash.

Very nice and good quality stickers. But the delivery time was terrible. A month waiting for the stickers, which of course I could not use to mark the school supplies.

Delivery time is too long.

Scored with two stars because in a week, some stickers have come off, even on clothes that have not yet been worn or washed. It is true that the material is polyester, a tracksuit, but it should stick well, I have seen other stickers on other children's clothes that have been on for years.

I hope the company can still help me figure out what happened to my order

Very slow shipping.

My order didn't arrive and they had to send me another one, what I didn't like is that they blame the post office and that the shipping address was a company when I always get everything right, I needed the order days ago and it still hasn't arrived, it's in process.

Very late responses to e-mail inquiries, exceeding 72 hours. No telephone line to contact. Delivery times that exceed estimates. In particular, my order was incomplete. After your complaint, I had to wait the respective times until I got it. Since I placed my order on September 1st, it has not been completed until October 4th. Excessive time!
