"My order arrived very late" was the complaint I made when I sent the email to customer service. As Murfy's law, the package arrived the next day, and while on top of that a few minutes later with the package in my hand, I received the notice "your order has been shipped." again... I told what has happened and how to pay the ones they have sent again, but I have only received the reply "Keep both of them as gifts." It has been a super nice experience.
