Unfortunately, I was not satisfied this time: after only a few days of use, the cap no longer holds well and therefore leaks water bottle. Unfortunately as a result the water bottle is not usable. I am very sorry, especially since this is the first time I am not satisfied with the purchase.

Product not bad but the service is subterranean. It is advertised on the Instagram page with express delivery within 72h (costs almost 10). Unfortunately, in my case this was not the case. Instead of admitting the mistake and, if necessary, refunding the costs, they are now arguing about it and denying the corresponding advertising (but still visible).

They took a long time to arrive. The stickers are very nice but totally useless. When you put them on, they stick well but peel off by themselves. On clothes that have not even been worn or washed, 4 have already fallen off. On the clothes that I have washed, they have all come off without the labels. The labels that are for material, also fatal. In less than 1 week of use the transparent part that covers them has peeled off and the label has been left without that sticky and very dirty protector (and it is not because of misuse, because they were labels for me and not for the child). I will never repeat, it seemed to me a total rip-off and on top of that with the shipping costs they have been very good. Horrible experience.

I ordered here to try something different from Stickets. The order took more days to arrive. When it arrived it was wrong (wrong name and different product than paid for). The online claim took several days to respond. Meanwhile the lines were always busy and with a 902 number when I understand that the law requires a fixed number. The only good thing is that once they answered me, they didn't put any problems in refunding me the money. That's why I put one star, otherwise I would have put 0.

After years of supporting this business, one order was not as it should be. The labels weee coming off on every wash unlike previous times. Instead of helping me out or trying to rectify the issue after I bought it to their intention, I was told they would not resend the item at their expense. Wonderful customer service! I'm response to your reply below… I ordered them well in advance for the new academic year and new uniform, so hence I ordered them in July but they were not put to use until September! So yes… you should review this. It is a product not doing its job. EVERY stick is coming off a very expensive private school uniform. Your further response justifies my comment on terrible service!
