A pack of 150 labels per child with only 20 iron-on labels and 40 adhesive labels that can't be used because the initials of the family name are missing. This isn't the 1st time I've ordered from this site. Usually everything goes well but now the parcel is lost by Colissimo. They don't know when I'll receive it. When I contact Colissimo customer service, they tell me to contact the sender, and when I contact c-monetiquette, they tell me they're out of touch and that they hope I'll receive my order... Great work... No quid pro quo offered by c-monetiquette customer service. So the items are generally of good quality, but you still have to receive them! If you have a problem, you're on your own because customer service will do absolutely nothing for you!
