Product as pictured, nice colors. Very cute bags, printed well. Love her personalized mini beauty!!! The labels are easy to personalize and use. I did not give 5 stars because I found that some of the labels after the first wash started to peel off a bit in the ends, despite following the directions provided.

My order did not arrive in the described timeframe so I immediately contacted customer service and they were operative and resent it to me. I purchased through Instagram but maybe due to some bugs in my account I was not seeing the tracking of the order but only that it was shipped. Therefore have to thank the customer service without which I would not have known how to solve it.

The purchase process, easy and with many options. I liked it. Now what I find deplorable is the shipping and delivery process. The labels look very nice but don't last two washes. It's a shame, because they don't last long when used to mark clothes and are unfortunately not worth the very reasonable price. However, they stick very well (so far and for the last 4 weeks) on flat items and items that are less exposed to wear and tear or do not need to be washed. They can therefore be recommended.
