Order delivered quickly but impossible to enter the problem encountered with the gourd in the after-sales service area. The spout seems to have a defect which means my daughter can't drink properly. It's a pity because the design is very nice.

The quality is superb

Ordered on August 14 for back-to-school. Today is August 24 and I still don't have the labels for the start of the school year on Monday. The delivery tracking only gives partial information (arrival in the destination country?), it still doesn't say when they will arrive. I'm very disappointed. I won't be ordering again. I wanted to change for this year, it was a mistake.

Nice gourd, but the cap is fragile when it falls off. Fortunately, the caps are sold separately and for a very low price.

Small delivery problem due to the postal service, customer service was extremely reactive and returned our order. High quality labels 🙂

The order never arrived. I notified customer service who told me that I had to wait for a specific date to request the return (August 9th). Once the 9th arrived, they told me that the waiting date was August 1st. Therefore, I did not understand why they made me wait until the 9th to be able to claim.

Design suggestions, lettering, label sizes, packs, etc. Not to mention very fair prices and fast delivery! In short, I've been ordering from them since kindergarten and I'm never disappointed! I recommend +++
