I bought the school starter set and unfortunately only discovered 3 weeks after delivery that the adhesive shoe labels were missing. I then made an inquiry via the contact form and received a reply after just 2 hours that the labels would be produced for me. I also received the shipping confirmation on the same day. I'm very happy with my labels, even though I made a mistake when ordering - I thought I'd bought iron-on labels!

I placed my order on August 2nd, they sent me an email that the order would be delivered in 24 hours, until the 6th they did not send it, the transport agency sent me an email to say that it will be delivered on the 12th and today the 9th and the transport agency sent me an email to say that the delivery is delayed. When will it be delivered? I write an email to the store to see what solution they give me and they offer me a discount code for future purchases. The problem I have now is that a discount is worthless to me when I have already made my purchase. Obviously I will not buy or recommend again.

I placed a back-to-school order for the children. It took 10 days for delivery, but I still hadn't received it, so I sent an e-mail. An automatic reply was sent to me at first, giving me 2 options. I chose to return my order. Then another e-mail telling me that my order had left and to wait. But there's still no news of it and no reply from you informing me of the progress of my claim. I understand that we're in the summer, so I'll be patient. Even if I think it might be complicated for me to prepare for my children's return to school.

Straightforward processing and very friendly contact. Unfortunately had a defective lid shortly after delivery. I complained about this and a new lid was sent to me immediately. Many thanks for this!
