I ordered a selection of name labels/stickers and Royal Mail emailed to say it would be delivered that day but nothing arrived. I left it but after 10+ days I messaged Petit Fernand for some advice, who to contact, how to solve it etc. Straight away I received an email to say they would resend the order or transfer the money back. I received the new order very quickly. Great service!

Lovely stickers exactly as ordered. The choice of colours and pictures was excellent. I know it sounds obvious but they actually stick - I had to use them on pencils etc and even when curved round an object they stuck really well.

Order received very quickly

Delivery arrived on time! The labels are collected in a stapled booklet. They appear very durable. I labeled all the school supplies requested by the school (15 notebooks), backpack, folders, ring notebook, watercolors, extra glues, pencil case and all the items inside using the mini labels which were a tad limited in number compared to the school's request. I haven't tried the clothing ones yet, however the hold once put on seems great...hopefully it will hold over time. I recommend for a first purchase even though the price might seem a tad high.

I'm delighted with the 2 gourds I've received, as they are exactly as described on the website. They are very pretty. So are the clothing labels. The personalization was very simple and there was a lot of choice. I hope there won't be any problems with use and over time.
