I live in london and there are many many label companies but I always come back to this company, customer service is great ample choices in design on the website, they aRe so durable i could wash an item of clothing 100s of times snd the label stays on same goes with washing lunch boxes and water bottles the labels do not budge. Ordered clothing stickers for my daughters' school uniform many times as they always look amazing and last really well. This time, we didn't receive our order but the customer services team were fantastic and replied straight away and sorted it.

Beautiful water bottle. Capacious but lightweight. Suitable for a kindergarten child and looks pretty durable too. Unfortunately, I was disappointed that in ours the print didn't turn out very well but looks blurry. Update as of 16/08 : I was contacted by customer service who after asking for some information and photos of the water bottle with blurry print immediately sent me a perfectly printed one!!! Very courteous and attentive.

The site is easy to use and saved time by reordering some old labels I'd used. My only gripe is the delivery times, I know they're shipped from abroad but I thought the labels had got lost in the post. They took over a week (nearly 2 weeks) to arrive after despatch which is too long.
