The order never arrived, I was refunded the money after claiming it at the consumer's office.

The object labels come off after a few days...I had to go over everything with scotch tape

The stickers on the clothing peel off very easily. The design is very nice, but the quality is lousy.

Order never arrived! I contacted customer service by email, but they never responded. Money thrown away

I can't use in the final because it arrives too late (yesterday), I can't use for the next year either.

Ordered labels on September 6,today is September 30 and they never arrived,on the site it stated a maximum of 10 working days. I asked for a refund,in this I must say they were very quick to accept it. It should be visible in about 6-7 days.

I ordered the labels a week before the start of school and fearing delays in the delivery of the product I spent 9.5 additional for expedited delivery since the ordinary one was 2 to 10 days. Well you were so LITTLE SERIOUS that the package arrived after 9 gg so no point in spending extra money and I had to go and buy the labels elsewhere Also your labels are defective because although they are pre-cut they hardly come off the paper while they come off books notebooks and objects easily. All the moms I know have had the same problem in delivery. I will never buy from you again.

I purchased the shoe name labels and they come out after the first or second wear. I've had similar looking ones in the past so thought these would be great. Sadly not. Wouldn't recommend this type of label. Otherwise the company was efficient but cannot comment on other types of labels.

My order has not been delivered to me. A month has passed

It took a long time for the order to arrive, I placed it in August and it arrived long after school had started. I also had to buy labels elsewhere because they did not arrive on time.

I never received the order. I have contacted customer service several times but to date I still have not heard back.

When I placed the order I sent an email because I had ordered the wrong option. I wanted them for clothing. I received an email saying that they would give me an answer in 24 hours approx. and not only did they not give me an answer but they sent me the order which is of no use to me.

I never got the stickers.

Hello, I've been a customer for several years and everything has always gone well, except this time when a month later my order still hasn't arrived. I've called and sent several messages with no reply or without managing to reach anyone. I'm very surprised at the sharp drop in service quality.

Labels come off both fabric and object labels, I was sent the wrong water bottle cap and when I asked for an explanation I was told it will arrive

Did not receive the goods and no feedback from customer service. Can only advise against ordering here. Too bad, hope I get my money back.

I HAVE ALWAYS BUYED FROM THEM WITH NO MAJOR PROBLEMS, ONCE IT HAPPENED TO ME THAT THE LABELS WOULD NOT REMOVE FROM THE SHEET AND THEY SENT THEM BACK TO ME, THIS YEAR IN ADDITION TO THE DELAY NOT ADDUCIBLE TO THEIR IMAGE , THE ADHERENCE OF THE LABELS ON THE COLORS LEAVES TO DESIRE .

I have brought from you for years for my daughters school uniform and this year they iron on labels have came off after 2 washes! I emailed but was told because I purchased them in July there is nothing you can do! Disappointed and won't be purchasing from you again.

Hello, I have already given my opinion but no response from you. I left you my cell number to reach me on September 19, 2022. It's been almost a month since I ordered my labels and I haven't received any labels or tracking. Very disappointed with the company. Yet the amount is deducted from my card

Slow in delivery and, most importantly, labels that come off after just one wash (I used the thermo-adhesive one for clothes)!

Unfortunately, the purchased labels have not arrived to me and I cannot review it. I am sorry since I have been buying from your site for years and it had never happened.

1) late delivery, school started, beyond the time specified on the order. Personalized name labels, therefore, unused 2) one piece paid for but missing, in replacement sent alternate piece. Notice that I would receive the one ordered "in September" but still no sign. Nice thought sending replacement piece to buffer but now a month later I would like to receive the one ordered. 3) in ordering replacement parts for the snack holder purchased last year color no longer available, I had to buy two of a different color so they wouldn't be too conspicuous 4) both water bottle and snack holder broken on first fall, being accessories for a 5 year old should have different strength

Unfortunately, I have not received the labels I have already paid for. Order was placed a month ago on 30.08.22. Customer service cannot be reached by email or telephone for several days.

Order placed on 30/08. Shipment left on 01/09. To date (28/09) no word on the package is all they can say from customer service is check the mailbox or ask neighbors Absurd
