Never received my order. It was delivered elsewhere, due to a labelling error on your part. I'm disappointed because I really needed it, I had to order on another site more reactive. However, the customer service team was very sympathetic and offered me a refund, which I'm still waiting for. Even if this has been resolved, I'm still obliged to give it just one star.

Hi. I ordered the labels on 12/05/2023. We are at 19/05/2023 and I still don't have them. The phone number that appears on the web is a 902 (I think it is forbidden to use it for customer service, if I am not mistaken) always with the little song "at this moment we can't attend you, leave a message". Very disappointing. The cap broke after just 2 days. What's more, it's much too hard to open for small children's hands, which are already complicated for an adult. It's not environmentally friendly at all if we have to buy a new cap every week... I wouldn't recommend it, it's not suitable for children!
