I HAVE ALWAYS BUYED FROM THEM WITH NO MAJOR PROBLEMS, ONCE IT HAPPENED TO ME THAT THE LABELS WOULD NOT REMOVE FROM THE SHEET AND THEY SENT THEM BACK TO ME, THIS YEAR IN ADDITION TO THE DELAY NOT ADDUCIBLE TO THEIR IMAGE , THE ADHERENCE OF THE LABELS ON THE COLORS LEAVES TO DESIRE .
I have brought from you for years for my daughters school uniform and this year they iron on labels have came off after 2 washes! I emailed but was told because I purchased them in July there is nothing you can do! Disappointed and won't be purchasing from you again.

Slow in delivery and, most importantly, labels that come off after just one wash (I used the thermo-adhesive one for clothes)!
Unfortunately, the purchased labels have not arrived to me and I cannot review it. I am sorry since I have been buying from your site for years and it had never happened.
1) late delivery, school started, beyond the time specified on the order. Personalized name labels, therefore, unused 2) one piece paid for but missing, in replacement sent alternate piece. Notice that I would receive the one ordered "in September" but still no sign. Nice thought sending replacement piece to buffer but now a month later I would like to receive the one ordered. 3) in ordering replacement parts for the snack holder purchased last year color no longer available, I had to buy two of a different color so they wouldn't be too conspicuous 4) both water bottle and snack holder broken on first fall, being accessories for a 5 year old should have different strength
Unfortunately, I have not received the labels I have already paid for. Order was placed a month ago on 30.08.22. Customer service cannot be reached by email or telephone for several days.
Order placed on 30/08. Shipment left on 01/09. To date (28/09) no word on the package is all they can say from customer service is check the mailbox or ask neighbors Absurd

Lousy service. I placed the order on September 9 and I'm still waiting. I had not read the opinions but seeing the experiences of other users it is not something punctual. Companies like this deserve to lose all their customers. There are many companies that make similar stickers and shipments meet their deadlines. Sincerely I will not buy again

Much too big for pens and they come off so I have to order new ones elsewhere, which is very annoying and wasted money.

To identify items and clothing for my little girl who attends fourth grade, as I do every year, I ordered a "packet" of Petit - Fernand labels. Once I received them, I noticed that they did not come in the chosen light blue color (as per the screenshot I also sent to the company) but green. The name lettering cannot be seen or can be seen very little and some of the labels are joined and not attachable individually. I requested reprinting from the company but they replied that "We do not note any printing problems, the label was sent in the coloring you chose, a light green and not a light blue. Under these conditions we cannot grant you a product return." I am very sorry about the incident also because I have always purchased labels from them and have always been happy with them. Too bad.
Unfortunately, I have not received the goods I have already paid for. When I asked where it was, I was given a date; I was told to wait until then. If nothing had arrived by then, I should contact them again. I did - no answer for a week - I am really disappointed!
I placed 2 orders in July and September and had the same problem each time. Orders not received! The 1st was pre-sold and the 2nd even worse, marked as delivered to my letterbox when it wasn't. I have nothing against the quality of the products on the site, but because of the delivery service I decided not to order. Terrible customer service! I ordered labels for school clothes on 4th September. Nothing arrived after 10 days even though money was taken and address etc all added correctly to booking form. Messaged customers service after the 10 days through their website, got a reply telling me to be patient and wait up to another 72hours. Finally got another email from customer service 3 days later asking me to clarify address which I did straight away same day. Heard nothing since and I've sent another chasing email. They appear to be blaming me or the postal service and not doing anything about helping the customer - resending or offering refund. It's seems I'm not the only disgruntled customer on here and quite recently too!
A terrible experience. I ordered the labels long before school started and they never arrived. I tried to contact them every day by writing through the forum, where they only replied twice without being able to tell me where the order was. And I tried calling continuously but to no avail since the recorded voice said it was impossible to talk to an operator and that you had to write on the forum.
Still not arrived what ordered. When he looked they say delivered. You are such a thief. Made 100 emails, but no response. I ordered August 29. You are Thieves .

Unfortunately, I ordered the thermoadhesive labels for my daughter's preschool and never received them. What is worse is that I contacted Petit Fernand in writing to explain the issue and possibly ask for a refund and never even received a response! I expected to be contacted at least for an apology.... What a disappointment!!!!

Pathetic!!! I am really disappointed and most of all furious! I ordered labels for school on September 4th.... Money debited from the account ages ago! We've tried to contact them again and again to no avail! By e-mail, it's an automatic message! By telephone, answering machine! What do we do??? Will we receive the labels at Easter? A refund? Otherwise we have to sit on the money debited !!! A shame !!!

Unfortunately, the order has not arrived and we now have to find another solution. We have not heard back from customer service either. A refund would be great
Very bad experience. I never received the order placed on September 1. We are still waiting for it..... I think I will have to proceed with a refund.
