I'm really disappointed, the writing on the binder clip is really too small. An adult already has trouble reading, so imagine a child. The writing on your site is much more legible.

So far I have always been delighted with the stickers. With this delivery, however, the stickers were dirty, probably because the shipping bag had disintegrated from the inside. So you couldn't give them away as intended.

1st order for me, careful and fast shipping but very disappointed with the size of the writing, you have to get really close to read the name, otherwise very pretty but not practical, I will not order again.

Nice choice of label customization. Very nice patterns and colors for our kids. However, I'm very disappointed because the clothes labels are very large and stick out on most of the clothes labels. I followed the instructions for the 1st application, but on the 1st run of the tumble dryer, I can already see the labels starting to shrivel and peel off! I'll have to wait and see for the rest of the garments.

Object labels don't really stick - they can be removed at any time

Unfortunately this time the labels have came off the garments. Last year they stayed on my son's uniform the whole year and for some reason quite a few have came off already (he only started back at school last week).

So the designs are really very nice, but unfortunately the name labels don't last very well, school hasn't even started yet and one part has already come off again, which is a shame! Unfortunately, I haven't seen this from other suppliers.

The labels are perfect, as are the children's wishes. It's a shame, though, that they don't hold on to the crayons and markers. I had to add sticky paper. But that won't stop me from recommending them.

I wanted plain stickers with no logo and couldn't see where I could order these so in the notes I wrote what I requested. When they arrived they came with the logo and I was told the message I had written was only read at the packing stage. It would of been useful to know this (maybe a note by the box to say it won't be read until then) as I wouldn't have ordered them or would have sent the message some other way.

Very disappointed with the bottle gourd, which is normally isothermal but does not hold water either cool or hot.

I'm disappointed because I paid for an express delivery to Belgium to my home and DPD didn't deliver and I have to go pick them up at a relay point! why am I doing this? because the previous time I had to wait almost 1 month to have them delivered.

I ordered a personalized fabric bag to hold my son's change of clothes, but I'm disappointed by the size. It's too small and I find the prints rather minimalist. I much prefer personalized labels. Receipt was fairly quick for a summer period and the follow-up impeccable.

The adhesives do not last long on pens and are too thick for thick pens.

A valid voucher code was simply not accepted - a written request was not answered. A 20% discount was advertised, but this was not honored. Product in and of itself really okay.

Some of the labels come off after the first wash, so I probably didn't follow the instructions properly.

The labels are nice however 2 orders from them, 2 incomplete... They send back what is missing but no commercial gesture for the loss of time... Once it can happen, 2 times it starts to happen when it's an urgent order, I took care of it in advance but here... I won't order a 3rd time!

I'm always very happy with the quality of the products. The only little problem is that I usually receive a booklet with the name of each of my boys and this time all the labels are mixed up, so it's a lot less practical!

The selection option, order and delivery worked perfectly. However, the stickers came off the new pens after a few hours - very annoying! With the books, on the other hand, they do their job perfectly.

I made a mistake in the order, the site asks me to return the labels at my expense and it will be refunded, I do not see the point of returning them since they will be thrown away.

The font size does not match my labels. My previous label purchase was more interesting. A complete booklet with a font and size that matched my choices.

The labels do not stick to the pencils and notebooks, I have to stop all the labels.... I've been buying batches of labels for 5 years and this is the first year I've had this problem.... Otherwise the visual is nice

Stickers arrived quickly, easy to use. Unfortunately, the stickers for items in the dishwasher break after a very short time.

Fast and accurate delivery, but after several years of orders I was disappointed this time with the quality of the self-adhesive clothing labels. Many of the labels did not stand up to the first wash. Very disappointed.

Beautiful presentation as a booklet, good quality. Unfortunately, the small labels are not very easy to read despite the high-contrast colors. Other fonts or the option to display in bold would be good. I would have liked more flexibility in the design in general as far as spaces etc. are concerned

I am satisfied with my last purchase concerning the labels for objects except that I had chosen black writing and I had white writing damage because you can hardly see what is written. After being contacted, the service asked me to send a photo of what I had received. Once I had opened my message, they replied that I would receive new ones in accordance with my order, and I received them within 48 hours. Nothing to say about the after-sales service, they are efficient.

Arrived late ... labels were useless

After a week, the decoration on my gourd was already extremely disappointing.

We love C-MonEtiquette products. The design and the website are great. Only on my orders of the last 2 years I've had problems, not the right number of labels requested, some quite numerous that don't come off the booklet properly. Each time, the after-sales service was difficult to contact and there was no solution. That didn't stop me from ordering this year. But I think it's a real shame.

When confirming my order, I forgot to mention the promotional code sent by email. I sent a request to the service department but got no answer...
