There was a mistake in the order (I received someone else's), and customer service reacted very quickly by sending me back the right one a few days later. The labels are great, I've been ordering them for several years and they're always so good.
The labels are top-notch? I recommend them? I put my son's cap in the washing machine and the label didn't budge. For me, it's a very good buy?

Perfect labels for a school trip, but not for the long term... Even if you follow the washing instructions... Customer service promises to send back an order at the beginning of July but you never receive this famous exchange order and customer service doesn't seem to be able to keep up because they tell me that I received the order (sent at the beginning of July) on 16 May... ?????
The stickers have a long shelf life and can be created in many beautiful designs, making them a great birthday present.

I have been using Petit-Fernand adhesive labels for years. Convenient, resistant to washing, don't ruin fabrics, always ready to use. Possibility you always choose the design and colors. Delivery always on time! Great product I recommend it!

Unfortunately, the packaging was not ideal. A thin envelope. It was supposed to be a gift. But everything was wrinkled.

Ordering is very easy, delivery times are super reasonable and the quality seems top notch. We haven't even started labelling everything yet and there's even the little greaseproof paper supplied for thermo labels.
The process was smooth and straight forward and the deliver was quick! I love how they come in a book as well to protect the product. They wash well and keep the colour well- last years didn't fade at all!

Order placed, delivery in 3-4 working days. Finally I receive 10 days after the delivery date. The labels are perfect it's a shame they arrived too late I was supposed to reorder for my second boy finally I will not.
