Great labels, perfect for back-to-school preparation, especially the mini ones that make it easy to make all the pens/colored pencils/markers. I would also have liked to order a spare part for my bento box that I broke, but unfortunately that adds shipping costs that make the cost of the part quite high, too bad...

Superb labels. Handy on objects, they hold well on clothes too. A word of warning: 60 labels aren't enough for a primary or secondary school child (I've also made felt-tips, pencils, etc.), so a primary school child would need about ten, and a secondary school about twenty, if you label everything.

I bought the school starter set and unfortunately only discovered 3 weeks after delivery that the adhesive shoe labels were missing. I then made an inquiry via the contact form and received a reply after just 2 hours that the labels would be produced for me. I also received the shipping confirmation on the same day. I'm very happy with my labels, even though I made a mistake when ordering - I thought I'd bought iron-on labels!
I placed my order on August 2nd, they sent me an email that the order would be delivered in 24 hours, until the 6th they did not send it, the transport agency sent me an email to say that it will be delivered on the 12th and today the 9th and the transport agency sent me an email to say that the delivery is delayed. When will it be delivered? I write an email to the store to see what solution they give me and they offer me a discount code for future purchases. The problem I have now is that a discount is worthless to me when I have already made my purchase. Obviously I will not buy or recommend again.
