This is the first time I have contact with your company and I have not yet used the new purchase

I was very pleased that my order was processed immediately (name stickers only). Less than 24 hours after placing my order, I received an email with the shipment tracking and that my stickers were on their way. My order would be there within the next 3 days. Three days turned into three weeks. I thought they wouldn't arrive. The stickers look nice but unfortunately they don't last as promised.

I ordered on the site, unfortunately the delivery was not carried out correctly with the relay by Chronopost. When I called to say that I hadn't received my order, the person I spoke to immediately took charge of my complaint and made a new order with delivery at their expense. This is the second time we have ordered from here and we would do it again and again. Great stickers, with a great selection. Unfortunately we had a problem after ordering, but this was immediately resolved by customer service without any problems.
