1 month later and still no delivery!

I find that the quality of the sticker has changed. I've been ordering for a few years now. It's a shame

Disappointed with the object labels. They come off!?? Iron-on labels are perfect.

They peel off very quickly for my taste if you put it on clothes that are not washed very well, but if you stick it on clothes that need to be washed a lot, it will peel off in no time.

Today, August 8. Order placed on July 30. Still not received. Tracking blocked. 50.97 debited. Are you serious? Or should I estimate the amount paid as lost. 2 emails sent to the customer support reply. Do you really exist? Please explain!

Nice selection of labels and simple design and the delivery time was as promised. Unfortunately, the iron-on labels do not stick to the clothes despite following the instructions exactly. They peel off after the first wash and the corners are already coming loose again on unworn clothes. I hope that at least the labels for the shoes hold as promised.

Labels do not always hold after washing. Received package much too late. Shipment took too long.

Two stars only because they respond to emails. There is a lot of competition in this area, more than someone like me not receiving labels. Ordered and paid for 50 pieces on July 16. To date nothing

Made order on July 16,to date nothing has arrived. I wrote to the customer service ,they replied that they were sorry for the disservice caused by the postal services,I requested either a refund or again a postponement of the order since I had already paid and never received anything. They rescheduled my order on the 28th and today August 2 they finally arrived. I am sorry that they outsource shipments to the post office which is more times the mail does not arrive than the times it does. I don't blame Petit because it didn't arrive the first time,but I recommend them to change couriers.

I'm really pleased with the fabric snack bags and the labels to stick on school supplies. Very good quality and very pretty! On the other hand, I'd strongly advise against iron-on labels for clothes ... after several years with a competitor's brand, I wanted to change models (always very pretty) but the labels come off in the first wash (I stuck them on properly). I'm really disappointed with this product!

Average rating because I received someone else's order. After calling customer service, I received my order very quickly at no extra charge. I will therefore take the risk of ordering from this site again.

The labels are superb and effective but the size was not requested enough. i did not see that there were several dimensions otherwise i would have chosen rectangular and not square.too bad.

I received my order quickly. (Kindergarten pack) only the labels for the shoes were missing. I made a complaint on July 2 and to this day have not received a reply. I tried to contact by phone but impossible to get someone.

I am still waiting for my order and have had no response from customer service via email (they say will respond within 24 hours but haven't) and when I ring it says all agents are busy and to contact them via email. Whilst I acknowledge this is still within the advised delivery time (I ordered 8 days ago) I would really like an update on when I should receive them as required for nursery start date next week. I think the website is misleading in that it advertises they are ësent within 48 hours' which made me assume that even if sent second class I would receive the order within a week. It was only when I received the order confirmation email that it said delivery time was 2-10 working days so 2.5 weeks from ordering. I think it should be much clearer at the point of ordering how long the delivery process is as if I'd known I'd have chosen a different company where I'd be guaranteed to receive it within a week of ordering. Disappointed.

....order made on July 8, sent email for information about it on July 16, today July 20 not even a response. If the package is late no problem it can happen, but in front of a delay I expect in the first place that they warn me and at least respond to email, now I do not know if it will ever arrive. I hope they don't take the time to respond on truspilot and not to my email. Update: after the review the email response also arrived, and the envelope a few days later. I repeat myself, delay can happen however the email response should be faster.

The labels are thick and peel off small objects, unlike those ordered from a competitor.

The labels come off in the wash, I'm disappointed?

I have purchased hot melt adhesive labels on several occasions. Always very good, but this one has been lifted in the first wash.

So far very satisfied with the site, I had a bad experience recently. I received an order from someone else. I did what was necessary to have my order returned. As a gesture of goodwill, I asked if it was possible to apply a promotional code that came out just after I'd placed the order. I was refused. It's a pity because I used to order every year, but unfortunately I'm going to change next year.

The stickers are too wide for thin pens and they are also expensive for so little

I received someone else's order. I had to contact customer service to finally receive my order more than two weeks after placing it.

I'm disappointed. I took over 140 self-adhesive labels for my son's clothes that I couldn't use because they wash out.

The labels are great but the delivery service is terrible. Two weeks for delivery!!! The labels arrived after my daughter left for camp. As this is her last year as a "little one", the labels ended up as decoration. Over 20 euros down the drain! 🙁

I received square self-adhesive labels with a thin white font that was almost illegible on a green background. I wish the site could have prevented us from making such a choice. I wrote to the brand's customer service department but never received a return. As for the iron-on labels, they come off very often, which is dangerous for a small child who could choke on them. Not really suitable for nurseries, I think!

They are very nice and of good quality but they no longer use the tracing paper for the thermo adhesive labels nor the transparent stickers that protect the shoes, as was the case with my last order, so they have quickly lost their color.

Quite disappointed, the colors are much blander than before. You can barely see the name.

The material sold is always great, but the shipping method is bad. Every time you have to go to the post office to pick up the package because the seller is not contacted at the time of pickup.

Hello, I ordered iron-on labels and followed the recommendation to the letter so that they would stick to the clothes, then 3 days later I put one of the shirts on my son, then put it in the washing machine at the end of the day and out of the machine the label started to come off... I'm disappointed...

This is the second time I have bought heat-sensitive labels and, unfortunately, it will be the last, as they do not stick well to clothing. In addition, it is a complicated system for fiber clothing that does not tolerate the high temperature of the iron. I think adhesive labels with a strong glue would be better. I will try to find them on the market.

I'm disappointed with the 1st wash, the labels come off.

Very pretty set, lunchbox and gourd, but the gourd arrived scratched so I was a little disappointed on that score.

Very beautiful motifs. Easy to order. Perfect size for the pens. However, I'm a little disappointed that the stickers don't stick properly to the pens and I had to stick them on with sellotape so they don't come off. Too bad.

Otherwise everything ok

The site is perfect for the labels, but for the bottles, the material they are made of breaks too easily. I recently ordered a gourd for my son.

The labels I received are very pretty. I ordered labels that stick directly onto clothes, to pack my child's suitcase for a week's school trip. When I got back, almost none of the labels had stuck (they hadn't been washed in the meantime). I'm puzzled, as I've been using these labels for a few years without any particular problems.

The stickers are great, super practical and sorted in the booklet. The creation was also done quickly, the designs are great. Unfortunately, I had to wait 1.5 weeks for my order. The support was friendly and fast
