Very disappointed I ordered 2 wooden luggage tags for my children. The tags are correct (18euros) but the fasteners are two pieces of string that will obviously never hold and do not allow the tags to be moved to other bags once attached.

The smallest object labels are illegible... I chose the navy background with white waves. On the large ones, it's not a problem, but on the small ones, the waves stand out too much and you can't read the name!

Iron-on labels don't stick to all types of garments and go in the washing machine. The normal stickers are dishwasher safe. I am very, very disappointed with my first order from you.

Very disappointed by the delivery time which was estimated at a short time and delivered too late, so I didn't need the labels I had to buy some elsewhere to be delivered much more quickly it's 10.50 euros that goes into the trash.

Water bottles are terrible quality. One arrived broken and had a terrible customer service experience trying to get a refund, which didn't happen. Very cheap quality and the iron labels have become so too.

We apologised for the damage during the transportation and send you the new cap free of change. This confirmation was made 3 days ago. We can not send the free replacement and issue the refund same time, it could be either one or another option. None of your orders since 2019 contains any iron-on labels and you never mentioned any issue previously with the labels until we refused to refund the order and simultaneously resend it. Hello, I have already reported this. I was very disappointed by the form of communication concerning the shipping time of your products. You announce 48 to 72 hours, but in fact it's the time it takes to prepare your parcel, not the time it takes to receive your order. Maybe I'm stupid, but unfortunately that's what I realized when I wanted to order quickly, and it created frustration and disappointment because I didn't receive the labels in time for my son's Classe De Neige and I found myself having a lot of trouble labeling all his things.
