I received labels from another customer. Customer service is returning the order. My son is going to camp, so I probably won't have time to use the labels.

I would expect a customer service based in Bordeaux to be someone who speaks French well enough so that we wouldn't have trouble understanding each other. Don't put it on your website, then!

Disappointing product. Followed the instructions right next to it, but when I washed it came unstuck and didn't hold.

I ordered them a first and second time. They take forever to arrive. But they look good aesthetically, so hopefully they will last in the washes and dryer

Hello the labels are good quality but just the shipping and a little late I received 1 month later.

I ordered a customized bottle and lunch box. The sealing ring on the bottle is bent, so it doesn't do its job. The personalized label on the lunch box has multiple bubbles that will eventually peel off...a pity because the quality of the bottle and lunch box looks good. I have complained and am waiting for a reply.

We ordered the stickers for our daughter's clothes again, we like them. Unfortunately, the page had hung up several times in the browser on the PC, the quantities were not transferred to the shopping cart at first, when we opened a new tab several hundred were stored in the shopping cart. Unfortunately, that was very annoying. Then we couldn't add other stickers properly, only again via new tabs.

Shipping was fast. The labels arrive in a cute little block but can be improved...both the thermo-adhesive ones and the regular labels for the items!

I love their work but they should improve the speed of delivery of the product.

Hello, in 2013 I ordered a set of special summer camp labels and was delighted. This year, I ordered a kit again, but I find that it doesn't really meet my needs. It would be nice to be able to choose the contents of the kit according to the age of the child and the length of the stay. My daughter is going away for 3 weeks, and she's 12, so she needs more clothing and footwear labels than are included in the kit. On the other hand, the kit offers too many object labels. What's more, I had a major problem with the sticky clothing labels coming unstuck! I've filed a customer service complaint, but so far there's been no response. So I'm going to have to buy iron-on to mark the rest of the clothes, even though it's much less attractive than these colorful, customizable labels. At 32 euros per kit, I thought I'd be able to mark everything, so I'm a bit disappointed with my purchase.

Quality label, but the logos are a bit babyish for a 12-year-old?

The labels are pretty, but difficult to remove from the sheet. And the self-adhesive clothing labels peel off after the first run in the washing machine, which is very disappointing.

Self-adhesive garment labels are machine washable.

The only downside is the delivery time, but the order tracking service is great!

Great labels, however the labels were for two separate grandchildren - so had to disassemble the booklet - split the stickers. If two different names - give two different booklets.

Labels that come off in the 1st wash, although the gluing procedure was followed... Thank you for sending them back to me, but if I have to take my iron with me every time I wash them to glue them back on, it's not so great!

Disappointed with my last order. The dinosaur motif I'd chosen didn't appear on the white/grey background, I didn't see this bug and I received labels with no illustration (just the first name). After-sales service told me all I had to do was reread my order in my e-mails... and after a 2nd complaint I was entitled to a discount voucher.... I won't be ordering from them again

Good product but I chose the stick-on labels and they have to be stuck on the labels of the clothes, but there are fewer and fewer labels on the clothes and they are too small.

I'm a bit disappointed with my order for a rather large number of labels for my children. The labels are sometimes difficult to remove from the backing, and the sides remain transparent and sticky. They're still pretty, though.

I was satisfied with my personalized water bottle until the stopper stopped working after 2 months and customer service told me to buy another one! What a shame, because other brands would never have said that! The stopper is defective and I have to buy a new one myself, and after telling customer service, they give me a 20% discount! Nice products, fair price and more than reasonable shipping time but the thermo adhesive labels I ordered unfortunately won't stick! I'm thinking of an alternative way to use them because it's such a shame. I'd like to give them a second chance with the adhesive ones and hope I don't have any problems!

The stickers are great, hold great and look great now but the big ABEr .waited 2-3 weeks for the order. Wasn't really nice, although it was advertised on the internet that you can send it in 48 hours or it will be sent.
