The purchase process, easy and with many options. I liked it. Now what I find deplorable is the shipping and delivery process. I spend a lot of money, big or small, it doesn't matter, and I don't even know when or if the package will arrive, I see it as third world. It has taken me a month to receive the package. It is a far cry from any other online shopping platform, where you are notified of the process, the day of receipt and it arrives in a timely manner. I will not buy any more if you do not change the system you currently have.

The labels look very nice but don't last two washes. It's a shame, because they don't last long when used to mark clothes and are unfortunately not worth the very reasonable price. However, they stick very well (so far and for the last 4 weeks) on flat items and items that are less exposed to wear and tear or do not need to be washed. They can therefore be recommended. I learned about the site through a sponsorship on social media. It immediately made a very good impression on me, the site is well done, there are many options for making custom labels. Although the printing is perfect and the aesthetic result is very nice, the functional result is absolutely poor. I purchased both adhesive labels for objects and thermal labels for clothing. Regarding the former, nothing to say. Once attached on the object they stay, but the adhesive ones are absolutely bad. They come off after the first wash (30 degrees). Out of 30 sticky ones, they went through 2 washes about a dozen. I would absolutely not buy this product again.
