I've been ordering every year for several years now, and I think it's a shame that loyalty isn't rewarded. I wanted to use a promo code received by email which was broken and a few days later I received another one even though my order had been placed. Apart from this, like every year, very fast delivery.

Fast delivery and as described. However, the quality of the labels had to be modified and the pre-cutting of the labels made it much less difficult to remove them from the booklet without damaging them.

This is the second time I've ordered in 5 years and I'm still as delighted as the first time. The labels come in a little notebook, very practical to use and very cute. They are really high quality and hold very well. To tell you the truth, the one I stuck on a book 5 years ago is still in the same condition. Then between the order and receipt does not dry more than 5 / 6 days (depending on your post office) Voilà, good experience that I recommend

Top quality, fast turnaround

I ordered a bottle for my daughter and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the bottle. I noticed that the stopper was damaged the next day, so I contacted customer service who were extremely reactive, I highly recommend it.

Great personalization of children's items. The isothermal water bottles are a little heavy for a 2 year old, but otherwise they're practical and very pretty.

Even before the labels were printed, I asked for them to be cancelled. This was not done and I was offered a 20% refund. I was not at all satisfied, especially as I had warned them before production started. I wouldn't recommend them again, as they clearly don't take their customers into consideration. I respected their cancellation policy, not at all.
