Null!!!! I do not recommend at all!!! Bad order received, soap that does not respond despite several emails, calls! Paid and do not have the right order is what awaits you! A shame!

It is outrageous that they do not respond to the emails we send them to find out what is happening with the orders placed. I am very disappointed. On August 30 I placed the order paying shipping costs 9.50 and they have not even deigned to answer where it is or what happened, shameful.

Delivery late, even though I had paid for express delivery. Customer service not reachable by phone. I sent an email to customer service and still no answer.

I still haven't received the labels after more than 15 days, I've written and called and no answer. I am very dissatisfied with the service.

I ordered labels on this site with PRIORITY DELIVERY, I stipulated everywhere that it was ultra urgent. I received nothing in time I do not recommend, information therefore misleading. The post office will certainly be right.... I had chosen this site precisely because the priority delivery allowed me to be in time. Best regards,

The labels are beautiful but have come off after the first wash! I followed all of the instructions carefully and both the iron on and stick on labels have either started to peel or come off and attach to other clothes in the wash! Very disappointed.

Very unhappy, after washing the clothes for the first time they all came off, even after following the care instructions. On contacting customer service, I was told nothing they can do because I ordered in June! The kids have only just gone back to school!!! Very expensive and completely useless. I DO NOT recommend this company

One month waiting for my order, I will never order again. I have called several times and they don't even answer me, disappointing!

They ship without giving tracking number, after 10 days I have not received the goods, which however on their site shows delivered.... I wrote three times to customer service and no one responds. Very bad, they stole 10 euros from me.

Scam I ordered this stickers for my kids school uniform never turned up I tried to email them and phone them with no respond I waited over a month now don't waste your money on here

Disappointing. I bought some labels on August 29th and they have not arrived yet. I have emailed them to inquire about my order and have not heard back.

Manufacture in 48 hours I ordered on September 6 We are September 18 I still have not received my order. Waiting to see if it meets my expectations.

Very disappointed with the service. We placed an order on August 30, it has not arrived yet, we have not heard anything back. We paid 9.50 shipping costs, we have sent mail to request an explanation and have not heard back yet. Last year the same thing happened to us and they told us that it was a one time thing and that they were sorry but we will definitely not buy anything else here.

Nothing received for my August 22 order. After a reminder, he sent me another one on September 16 and still nothing. It's scandalous, no follow-up, the post office definitely has its back to me. I don't recommend this site

The labels are quite good and nice (purchased before) but the shipping method should be reviewed and the delivery time should be well specified. This is bordering on a scam. You can't advertise "manufacture within 48 hours" (and a tiny asterisk refer back to who knows what information) and then once the order is sliced wash your hands by writing that delivery times are not guaranteed and not up to them. I find the message per sale misleading and deceptive. Eventually for school I will have to buy labels and handwrite the child's name. Very bad. Next time I will buy on other channels that protect the consumer more. Ps. The invoice on the other hand arrives on time ... the labels I am still waiting for them ...

I have been waiting several days for my order. I send an email and they don't answer. I call by phone and they don't answer... Very little seriousness... They were quick to collect the money.

I have been waiting more than 17 days for my order!!!, I sent mail, call by phone and nothing, no answers anywhere. It seems to me very little serious. To make the collection if they were fast, but for delivery NOTHING!

After almost 10 days I'm still waiting for my order what a pity not to have read these comments before. What a scam!!!!! But to charge if they go fast! And seeing that they do not give me any solution, I will have to make a complaint to consumer, this can not be allowed.

I ordered two types of labels, only one arrived and the thermoadhesive ones have not arrived... I have written several emails and nothing! What a scam to pay 14 euros for some labels and you have nowhere to complain when part of the order does not arrive? the contact phone number is 902, another scam!

I made an order for the first time, I paid the express shipping which is almost ten euros because I urgently needed the labels, and they took more than a week to deliver it to me, I feel cheated, because if I paid the express shipping, it was theirs to deliver them soon, if not, I would not have paid, I complained and the petit-Fernando, they tell me that they sent it and they expect it to arrive soon, but they do not put any solution to what I have told them, freaking out with them, I will not buy here again, I do not recommend it.

Ordered 5 days ago (#4001249556) and haven't received any shipment notification even though website says made within 48h. The status online still shows processing! Definitely don't believe the "delivery within 2 to 6 working days" note on their website. After seeing the reviews here and other's experiences, I really regret ordering with them. I doubt I'll ever receive anything like many people on here. I emailed them yesterday but they haven't responded yet, it's a 72hr lead time to respond and no other way to contact them. The company seems great at marketing and design but awful at operations. Update: it's been shipped now after 5 days, will see when it actually arrives...

I placed an order for labels on the 03/09/2022 and gave still not received the labels. I have contacted petit Fernand concerning my order and still not received a reply.

I ordered and paid for some personalised labels. After 4 weeks they have still not arrived. I have emailed them 3 times and messaged them through the website and they have not replied, I have just been ignored. They do not have a working phone number.

Ordered on August 23rd, still nothing received. No tracking number, nothing. The only explanation according to them is the post office. And here I see that there are a lot of notices at the moment where people are complaining about the same thing. Not serious at all

Many friends had told me good things about this site but for me unfortunately it was not the same.... The labels never arrived at their destination, after several reminders telling me that they would arrive and that they could not track the shipment, after about 2 weeks out of the blue they tell me that the package went missingo..... I was extremely urgent about it and found myself without my materials obviously all refunded but I had ordered well in advance. Sorry!!!

I Woukd give 0 if I could I placed an order for labels 2 weeks ago, never received my order and emailed 3 times which they ignored, I'll have to try and request refund and order labels elsewhere. Do not waste your time with this company.

Lousy !!! I placed an order on August 20 to date order never received ! I have never been able to track them down at their contact center because of the countless requests ..sent endless complaint emails to date not even a response from them ! This was my first purchase ..but never again not recommended !

My order has been shipped several days ago, but it has not arrived. I have written several emails requesting information about the shipping company and tracking number and they do not answer. SCAMMERS!!!

Order placed on 08/27/22 shipped on 08/29/22 and to date still nothing , customer service as they call it practically nonexistent ,they tell me to wait at least until the 15th when school has already started and they don't know how to give me a tracking number......in the indications of shipping times they give lotto numbers ..really a very bad organization

Ordered at the end of August, it was supposed to be delivered on August 26, perfect! Except that they forgot my house number so the parcel was sent back to sender. I wrote to them to find out how things were going and then you had to pay 720 via PayPal to have the parcel sent back to you (whereas on the initial order it was 6delivery) so I didn't want to lose the 66 I'd already paid so I returned 720 and I'm still waiting for the parcel.

As for the order, it arrived within a short time and all complete. But both the thermo stickers and the stickers for the clothing label does not stay attached. I don't understand what is wrong. Respected time and washing. Too bad they are so beautiful.

Too bad I didn't read these comments before... I paid 9 for express shipping and it took almost a week to get it to me, the timing of the standard order... although seeing what other parents have said I have to be grateful that at least I got my order...

It's been a week since I placed my order and for the last three days I have been told that it has been shipped and still nothing.

No receipt of my order... Several complaints with no reaction other than a reminder of the deadline.

The order has never arrived and their customer service never responds. My advice: do not buy from this store.

I ordered a pack of labels for back to school and they never arrived, I should have read the comments before.

I purchased nametags by wire transfer on August 29, to this day I know nothing about my order...there is no customer service! School will start on Monday and I will have to do it some other way! Be careful
