Delivery times exceeded 3 weeks! It's just unacceptable

I placed an order for school labels and thermo adhesive labels on September 2. As of today September 22,I still have not received anything I ordered,I tried resetting my account password to write to customer service and I never received an email acknowledgment for the password change despite the procedure being done correctly.I am not at all satisfied with the service.

Lame! Never received my order of labels several tries of complaint without answers!!!!

I never received my order, although they later refunded what I paid, I was very disappointed. The shipping system without tracking gives no guarantee.

The cap on the Personalized Water Bottle broke right away. The taxes are too high.

I bought a gourd, the edge of the stopper broke and split, the paint peeled off, after barely a week's use, no response from the site, just that I shouldn't send out reminders, I'm waiting for a refund.

I simply never received my labels after numerous reminders. Poor service.

Nefarious service. The order date was September 2 and it still hasn't arrived after 20 days. I have tried to contact them on 2 occasions and they do not respond to emails. You make accounts that you will have them by a certain date and then it is not so. Very disappointed with their treatment and customer service.

I gave 1 star xbecause 0 was not possible. Ordered merchandise in early September,never arrived. Money taken immediately. Assistance nonexistent, teasing many.

You have not solved my problem. Order placed on August 29 and I still haven't received anything. I have already sent several reminders to customer service but have not received a response yet!

Catastrophic delivery time for a 990 delivery. An e-mail was sent to the customer service department with a mediocre response. I will not order from you again.

My order has not yet arrived. I think it's a real shame !!!! I'm very sad about it, I didn't get any money back either !!!!

Order never received

I placed an order for 30 euros to be delivered in Luxembourg. I never received the products I ordered. I contacted customer service who asked me to check with the neighbors to see if the package had been delivered to them. I checked with all the neighbors but to no avail. No one had seen it. I then informed the company, which didn't get back to me. I paid for an order that I never received and no refund was offered. Very disappointing experience.

The labels come off after a few washes. Yet wash at 30 . I followed the instructions correctly, but I'm really disappointed.

Hello, I never received my order. After August 29, 2022 it is now September 21 and I have never received anything. Customer service has never helped me! This site is pathetic and there is no way to contact someone directly, their phone line is closed at the moment. I don't recommend them at all, I'm very dissatisfied and I'm asking for my money back, I still haven't received anything either!

Useless! Ordered labels before start of term and they never arrived. Followed up via their website and no response! I'll be taking this up with my credit card company. Horrible service, no customer help. Avoid!

Problems with my labels and exchanges with customer services that were not at all constructive and lacked confidence!

I ordered labels for my daughters school uniform on 3rd of September. It is mow 20th September and I've not yet received the labels nor a reply to my email query about what is going on with my order. Ridiculous!

I never received the order. I contacted the company and they replied that it is entrusted to the post office to ship it. Nothing has come to me and I don't know who to turn to

Null!!!! I do not recommend at all!!! Bad order received, soap that does not respond despite several emails, calls! Paid and do not have the right order is what awaits you! A shame!

It is outrageous that they do not respond to the emails we send them to find out what is happening with the orders placed. I am very disappointed. On August 30 I placed the order paying shipping costs 9.50 and they have not even deigned to answer where it is or what happened, shameful.

Delivery late, even though I had paid for express delivery. Customer service not reachable by phone. I sent an email to customer service and still no answer.

I ordered labels on this site with PRIORITY DELIVERY, I stipulated everywhere that it was ultra urgent. I received nothing in time I do not recommend, information therefore misleading. The post office will certainly be right.... I had chosen this site precisely because the priority delivery allowed me to be in time. Best regards,

The labels are beautiful but have come off after the first wash! I followed all of the instructions carefully and both the iron on and stick on labels have either started to peel or come off and attach to other clothes in the wash! Very disappointed.

Very unhappy, after washing the clothes for the first time they all came off, even after following the care instructions. On contacting customer service, I was told nothing they can do because I ordered in June! The kids have only just gone back to school!!! Very expensive and completely useless. I DO NOT recommend this company

One month waiting for my order, I will never order again. I have called several times and they don't even answer me, disappointing!

They ship without giving tracking number, after 10 days I have not received the goods, which however on their site shows delivered.... I wrote three times to customer service and no one responds. Very bad, they stole 10 euros from me.
