I thought the labels would wash out, but not all of them.

So disappointed I'm not receive my kids iron label yet, I ordered about 40labels. I tried email them but don't get any reply back from them. Not happy at all.

They have taken a long time to arrive and the labels peel off after the first wash. I have used your labels in the past and have never had this happen.

The products are always great and I have placed several orders. Packaging could be improved; I happened to order for multiple children, specifying that I wanted to receive separate labels but then having them all arrive stapled together.

The delivery time was too long. It took 3 days to make the labels and 15 days for delivery.

The iron-on labels often peel off. I'm disappointed. I have to iron them again.

Very practical even if I would have liked a little more choice in the designs and very disappointed by the shoe labels which faded after 2 weeks.

Unfortunately the tags didn't hold on some garments. Otherwise affordable price and nice labels.

Very disappointed with the service! I order every year, and this year it was anarchy in sending my order I was soon told that my bank account was not funded when it was not at all! What's more, I had a promotional code that wasn't taken into account, as I had to repeat my code 4 times and validate it 4 times! As a result, the parcel was delayed! In short, I wonder if in September I wouldn't order from another site! I have to say that the quality of the labels is unchanged, they're as beautiful, high quality and resistant as ever!

The nominettes don't hold up as well as the 1st ones I bought, after 3 washes they're already peeling off, whereas the 1st ones still hold up perfectly well.

I've been ordering from the site for several years now because I know that the products are generally of good quality, but I was a little disappointed with the last order, not in terms of the aesthetics of the labels but in terms of their quality and durability. In fact, some self-adhesive and iron-on clothing labels have already come off, either with the first machine wash or for no particular reason. Normally, labels last much longer on clothes, or even don't come off at all! I have clothes that are a few years old and the labels are still in place! It's a bit of a shame to have to re-glue everything! But the packs are complete and the fact that you can have several pieces of information on the labels is really an advantage compared to other sites of the same kind. Sincerely A loyal customer

I've been ordering self-adhesive labels for several times now, with a wide choice of colors and patterns allowing me to make 1 design that suits my 2 children. Very practical to use, I highly recommend it's my label around me!

The labels come off after just one wash, I'm very disappointed. I had no problems before.

Been using these for three years on my four childrens uniform for ease as they stuck straight on. Previously they lasted well but have noticed on the last year of orders the stickers don't stay stuck as well thought I had dodgy batch but all been same last year to point May try different company as fed up of having to replace ones that are coming off in wash

The labels peeled off very quickly. No need to wash them, yet they stuck when put on the garments.

Nothing to say about the speed of shipment and the visual aspect of the labels BUT there is a big problem with the quality, all the labels came off in the first wash (even before washing they seemed fragile in terms of adhesion to the garment despite having respected the application process).

1 out of 3 labels came off after the first wash. It seems to me that this product was more durable a few years ago.

I've ordered from the site several times before, but this time I was disappointed with the iron-on labels, which didn't stick to the clothes.

I will preface this by saying that I have not yet had a chance to check the quality of the labels because I live abroad and had purchased them convinced that they would arrive during our stay at my grandparents'. But the delivery time is not as much of a problem as the manner. In fact, the envelope with the labels inside was not mailed in the mailbox but left outside stuck in a dark window in the rain. My parents noticed the envelope by accident after days. Now, for the price of the labels (they cost twice as much as many others that are just as effective) I would at least expect the product to be delivered to the recipient and not for the recipient to have to work hard to find them. I give three stars because even if they were the most beautiful labels in the world, the service can be far improved and I certainly will not buy them again. That is, if the ones I received are usable.

Fast shipping, a bit expensive and a shame not to be able to change the symbol in the packs.

I have ordered on several occasions and always perfect but not this time, I do not know if it is because they have changed the quality or because I did not include the paper to stick them with iron but all the stickers peeled off at the first use.

Very cute design but unfortunately a few stickers for the clothes come off during washing.

In the last two orders the thermo adhesive labels peeled off shortly after having put them on (they last a few days). I hooked it with the iron at the indicated temperature and the seconds indicated, and I don't use the garment immediately, I let it rest for a day. The rest of the labels adhere well. Order arrived in the agreed time.

Pretty and practical, but they didn't stand up to washing.

The delivery service is very bad, I was acasa on purpose all week to wait for the parcel and no one called they left me the parcel in Poste with all the services that offers poste Italiane;((

I ordered and I did not receive my order I had to send you an email but it took 15 days for me to be able to say that I had not received it before you sent me one and therefore no use because it arrived much too late.

The parcel has not yet arrived... I placed the order 23 days ago! It was for a birthday. I'm disappointed because delivery costs 6 euros, but it's incredibly slow. It's true that it's in a French overseas department, but in that case, it should be specified on the site that the delivery time is very long: I wouldn't have made that choice. I probably wouldn't do it again.

The site is beautiful... but not always very clear. There are a lot of products on offer and it's a bit confusing... I made a mistake ordering stick-on labels for clothes when in fact I wanted iron-on labels .

Self-adhesive labels don't stick to garment labels. Or disappear after the 1st wash. Thermo-adhesive labels are more effective

I had ordered this product a few years ago, these labels still hold but this time they fall off! WHAT A SHAME
