This is the first time I have contact with your company and I have not yet used the new purchase

I was very pleased that my order was processed immediately (name stickers only). Less than 24 hours after placing my order, I received an email with the shipment tracking and that my stickers were on their way. My order would be there within the next 3 days. Three days turned into three weeks. I thought they wouldn't arrive. The stickers look nice but unfortunately they don't last as promised.

Very good site. My little girl was so happy with the gourd with her name on it, and her mom was so happy with the back-to-school labels.

The labels are superb, very good quality and stick really well, even on fabrics. I'm really pleased to have discovered this site.

I made a mistake in my order. I wanted mini pencil labels and received labels 1 line wider.

I ordered on the site, unfortunately the delivery was not carried out correctly with the relay by Chronopost. When I called to say that I hadn't received my order, the person I spoke to immediately took charge of my complaint and made a new order with delivery at their expense. I received it very quickly and I'm very satisfied with the way the phone was answered and taken into consideration, as well as the short delivery time. I would recommend this site, as my order was just what I expected and very practical to use.

This is the second time we have ordered from here and we would do it again and again. Great stickers, with a great selection. Unfortunately we had a problem after ordering, but this was immediately resolved by customer service without any problems.

The design is great, received quickly. I made a mistake on my 1st order and called customer service who were very reactive. Thank you, now all I have to do is stick these on.

Lots of choice in label design, which is still very easy to create. Shipping is very fast and the choice of quantities and prices is very good. On the other hand, as I live in a fairly isolated area, I couldn't use the parcel relay option because it was too far away, even though there has been a relay (Mondial Relay) very close to my home for several months now. I regret the lack of choice of relays.

The labels are really nice. On the other hand, we'd also bought some sandwich boxes and we're pretty disappointed. We thought it would be printed on the box, but it's just a sticker. Less nice and let's hope it sticks... but I'll say it again, the labels are impeccable.

Hello, it was announced 8 days to receive my package. Order made on 16/07 (or 15 I do not know). Today is the 27th and still nothing. My daughter is leaving for camp tomorrow, so I won't be able to mark her clothes. 19.50 of iron-on labels for nothing because I won't be needing them anymore. I'm really disappointed with the service.

Love this product, great personalisation choices, easy to use website and ordering and quick delivery. First order lasted through wash and wear for school year so placed second order.

The labels are beautiful and customizable. They are practical and hold very well. Fast delivery. Kindergarten pack already ordered 4 years ago for my daughter, I had enough labels for the three years of kindergarten and first grade. I therefore recommended this year for my son.
