I had experienced problems with the first order the first water bottle I ordered had defects after contacting support and sending photos they immediately found the problem and sent me a new one. Really impeccable service.

I had some delivery problems but everything was fine. It's a shame I had very little feedback from customer service, but all's well that ends well. The kids are happy. I'm off to prepare for the start of the new school year. Thank you very much for solving the problem.

Lovely labels for children's clothes! Two useful sizes.

This is now already my third order of Petit Fernand labels. I have been delighted with it since the first order and ame subsequent orders have confirmed the quality of the products and their durability. I find the price to be suitable and the ability to 100% customize the labels is fantastic. I have tried both school supplies labels and thermoadhesive labels...and for both the opinion is positive and I highly recommend them. Plus at the end booklet where the labels arrive printed there is a small page of free stikers, which the kids always love.
