Great quality product
First time I've ordered and received within a reasonable timeframe, recommended by friends, the quality is good, very professional design and interesting packaging, although would love it arrived sooner.

Very bad experience. The tracking number takes a long time to activate and after a long wait they confirm that the order has been lost. We try again and again the same problems. I ended up with no labels and processing a refund.

I ordered a stainless steel water bottle for my son with his first name on it. After a while, the top outer layer of the bottle with the designs and personalization started to peel off. The biggest problem is that it's under the stopper, so the material that peels off lands in the bottle's water, which I find very dangerous. I informed my label and the website selling this gourd, which wanted to do absolutely nothing and cleared itself of all responsibility. I don't recommend buying these gourds and I don't recommend this site, which has a deplorable customer service.

I'm not satisfied with the delivery time for a product I ordered on 28/06 and received on Thursday 4/07, and what's more, it was invoiced.
The labels are presented by category in a checkbook, which is super practical. They're pretty, and the explanations are clear on how to use them correctly. What's more, they come with little stickers as a gift. I'm delighted with my purchase, I recommend it. Well done!

Aesthetically very nice water bottles, just as pictured. Shipping a little slow. Plastic cap too fragile to give it in the hands of children.

Love Petit-Fernand. This was my third order with them as use them to buy name labels for my childen. They have a large choice of designs, fonts and colours with the labels being fully customisable and I like that you can preview what the labels will look like beforehand. There is quite often a deal on for name labels and for the site in general which makes them a bargain! I only buy the labels but did notice they had a range of other accessories which I looked at as they were all lovely designs and personalised but decided they were a bit expensive! (My children are destroyers of everything ??) The labels come in a little cardboard booklet to keep them safe and instructions on how to use them - especially for the iron on ones ?? and they come with a sheet of fun stickers They seem to last well through the washing machine and dishwasher! Some of the older stickers (2 years ago) are only just starting to fade slightly and hopefully the latest order will be the same! The delivery is pretty quick, too! Im not sure what their customer services are like as I have not had to speak to them as have never had any issues with my orders! All in all there's a reason I keep using Petit-Fernand and give 5*
The delivery time was remarkable in what is likely to be a very busy period, given the approaching school vacations. Very nice design. Difficulty gripping the labels due to the rigidity of the backing. A pity.
I have never received my labels and my child is leaving in a few hours for summer camp....so I had to write his initials on his labels with what I had, a Bic pen....I'm obviously very disappointed, especially since I paid for it...
I have placed 1 1st order not received made reminder and still nothing to date. My son is leaving on Saturday and still nothing.

Already bought last year, the labels are superb! They hold up very well over time. However, I paid 9 euros for a 24-hour delivery because my order was urgent. In the end, it arrived 4 days late. So I didn't use them. So I ordered them for nothing. To this day I haven't heard back from the sales department.
