Terrible...avoid! Stated at checkout 2-6 working day delivery. Then you get a e-mail days after ordering saying labels being made within 48 hours and will be a up to 10 day delivery. So essentially they know delivery is 2 or more weeks and yet choose to mislead by saying its 2-6 days to secure the sale. My labels still haven't arrived after 2.5 weeks! Completely unreliable and unprofessional
A disaster, we made a purchase for 38 euros. The order never arrived. When we complained, which was as soon as we returned from vacation, they told us that many days had passed. They give us no opportunity to send it again, no other explanation. The shipment has come to nothing and we have thrown away 38 euros...in addition, we do not have the labels for the beginning of the course. A disgrace.
I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received anything, I haven't even been contacted, or even reimbursed, when I write I receive an email with an automatic reply.

Shame on you! I ordered a week ago and still haven't received anything. To be avoided really! It wasn't like that at first. So I'm turning to competitors who deliver in three days instead of 10!!!!! When you know that it's almost back to school, you try to be as reassuring as possible during this period.
My order has not arrived and the delivery time stated on the website has passed. I have sent 2 emails and no one responds.
The service is lousy, on their website there is a phone number for Spain and you call and the phone number does not exist. They also have a 902 toll free number and you get an answering machine to tell you that this phone is no longer operational. The deadline for delivery of the labels I ordered has already passed and they are already late for the start of the nursery. Customer service with fraudulent information. I am going to have to buy other labels in addition to the charges for the 902 calls. Not recommended.
Received the labels from someone else in an unreachable department. I'm not surprised everyone complains. Big rip-off. You end up marking your stuff with a felt-tip pen after having paid super money! To be avoided absolutely.
Ordered on 08/07 and only received a confirmation email on 08/08. I checked my mailbox thoroughly, but I never received anything... No trace of shipment, no La Poste tracking number, so no way of knowing where my order is! After-sales service won't reimburse me despite my numerous emails, GET OUT!
Still nothing after 15 days
Order has not arrived since i placed it which was on 12th August 2022, received notification the next day that it had been dispatched yet i have not received it and they take payment straight away. customer service is non existent - no one has replied back to my several attempts to chase my order, kids go back to school next week and I am still without labels. Very concerned that my money has been wasted. Shame as I order from them every year! disappointed customer.
We ordered the back-to-school labels and they have not arrived yet. We have tried to talk on the phone, but it is impossible. We don't know how to contact you to find out when they will arrive if they arrive and we will have to order the labels from another company. The truth is that we are quite disappointed with the service. We give one star because you can't give less. //// WE WRITE AGAIN on SEPTEMBER 22nd. We still have not received the labels, we have been waiting for them since August. They have not answered us. Only on this opinion page they wrote that they were very busy. We don't know anything. It is clear to us that they are not going to arrive. We have written again so that at least other people will NOT have the same thing happen to them.
After 8 days of waiting, the site sent me an e-mail to tell me that they had sent my order to an address that did not include the street number or name. Yet I had filled in everything perfectly... And since they send standard mail, they don't even realize the anomaly. So I'm stuck for the start of the new school year and very disappointed... Elise
I placed an order on 8/08, it's now 8/31 and I still haven't received anything... I would like to speak to customer service, but they are unreachable due to "too many requests". No reply to emails. I was cashed in, of course! So, just a few hours before the start of the new school year, I find myself with no label and no information on what to do next! I've never had this kind of problem with Competitors! Food for thought
Ordered 17/8. It's now the 31st and still haven't received my order. Initially had no shipping confirmation but got response via email confirming it had occurred within 48 hours when queried. Unfortunately there's been no response now that it's been 2 weeks and has not arrived. Disappointed as kids have now returned to school and I've had to label by other means.
I'm very disappointed with my purchase. I bought the school pack and the self-adhesive object labels, and they don't stick ????????
I never received the labels and even when I log into my account it tells me that the e-mail address I provided is not recognized.

Label order placed a month ago never arrived! I have contacted customer service by email several times who keep asking (via automated responses) if the shipping address is correct, obviously checked several times and it is correct. They ship by untraceable priority mail without taking responsibility for what may happen...at this point I think they misplaced the package. Call center deactivated because saturated with requests. I had to buy more labels on another site and am really hoping for a refund!

No customer service. One star seems too much to me. I simply have not received my labels that I ordered over 20 days ago. I have not been contacted within 48 or 72 hours. And now I have had to resort to another company to have labels in time for the course to start. So, the service is terrible and non-existent. I think it is a fraud. Plain and simple.

My second attempt at re-inserting the blister pack I'd started with, and after a wash it had already come undone. For my first attempt, all the iron-on labels were gone too. However, I reread the instructions carefully, and this time I found the label in my 1-year-old son's mouth, so the quality wasn't top-not to mention the safety.

Hello, This is the 2nd time I have ordered. The first one went well. This year, I didn't receive my order, I reported it and an automatic e-mail prompted me to check my mailbox. As an experienced user, you get the feeling you're being taken for a fool, and that's unpleasant. It's a shame, because the concept of the pack and the quality of the labels are top-notch!
Hello I have made a purchase more than 20 days ago and I still have not received my order, I have tried to contact them by different means and there is no way. They are scammers.
Order has not arrived even after more than 3 weeks
They are very pretty but I am not happy with the result. The label is big and the font chosen is very small. They should warn that it is going to be almost illegible, it seems that just change the font but not the size. In the sample it didn't look so small. I don't think I will be able to use them, too bad.
I ordered labels that stick to any surface, not just textiles, very disappointed.

I ordered labels on August 9th. Today is the 29th and I still haven't received anything, neither the order nor an e-mail confirming that it has been sent. So I don't know what's going on, despite having sent 2 e-mails to your services.
I used the self-adhesive object labels for my 4 children's pencils, pens and markers (large order). I stuck the labels on and three days later everything was coming off. I reapplied the labels, pressing hard again, and it started all over again. I took everything off and threw it in the garbage can. I'm disgusted, it's literally money down the drain. I find this unacceptable.
After a month and a half of waiting and not receiving anything I cancelled my order! That's a real shame! I don't have any labels for this season ! Well done to the after-sales service, they're there to help you!
Order placed on August 6, here we are on August 29 and still nothing received!!!! I sent an e-mail to the complaints department and they told me "postal delays....". So I re-posted my order to A qui S on Thursday 25/08 and I was delivered today Monday 29/08 without paying for a fast delivery !!!! I will never recommend Cmon étiquettes !!!
Unfortunately, I haven't received my order yet, which doesn't sound good.
