I ordered labels on September 3 and on September 14 they still have not arrived. I am waiting for a response from the member service, but I see that there are several people complaining.... Good evening, I placed an order (N°3000978945) on August 29, it turns out shipped the next day but still no news. I contacted customer service and they told me to be patient until September 15 ( school already started). I am very sorry about this inconvenience because this is the fourth year I have been buying from them so far there have been no problems, shipments have arrived after po ho days. Last year a label was found to be defective and within 3 days they sent me the new reprinted corrected ones. Hopefully everything arrives on time I would hate to change suppliers.

Unfortunately, it is not immediately clear on the homepage that shipping takes a LONG time. It is mentioned everywhere that shipping takes 48 hours. But you have to find out for yourself that the whole thing comes from France and that shipping takes forever. I ordered on 30.08. By the way, it wasn't shipped until 06.09.. So here, too, the 48h deadline was not met. The goods have still not arrived. I am now forced to buy stickers from another supplier AGAIN, as I need them for the start of school. I very much hope that I will get my money back. The structure of the homepage and the delivery times should definitely be made clearer. If this had been clear to me before I ordered, I wouldn't have ordered there again as it would have been clear that it probably wouldn't arrive on time. Too bad.

This year I am unfortunately disappointed. I'm not one for negative comments, but having received no reply from the company after two messages I'm writing my dissatisfaction here. I've been ordering from the site for years because I was satisfied with the self-adhesive labels, but here the labels don't stick properly, which is annoying when you're dealing with about 80 labels. I think it's a shame not to have any feedback from the company about this incident.

We ordered water bottles, the order arrived, the quality of the bottle is good but, there is a big but. The quality of the cap is bad, absolutely not suitable for children, it breaks very easily and we have already had to replace them twice, a hidden cost that would deserve some attention. Some of their kindergarten classmates have also had the same problem with the same product. It's a shame because the rest is fine.

I ordered the labels over 3 weeks ago and have not received them. I have contacted customer service to at least know the tracking number and the shipping company so I can find out where my order is and they won't even give it to me...I don't know what to do...there is no way to get an answer. I rectify: I have finally received a reply and they have offered to refund my money or reship. I appreciate the response, better late than never!

I purchased that iron on labels for my children's uniform my little boy has been going to nursery about the holidays I have washed his T-shirt one with the label on and it has already come off! Unfortunately I've purchased these for four of my children I think they are a waste of money and will be purchasing a permanent pen! ??

The self-adhesive labels are great, but the iron-on labels aren't as easy to use as with other brands. What's more, I chose a typeface with a visual that was legible on my screen, unfortunately in real life you have to squint. I'd order again, but only self-adhesive ones.

The labels are badly punched. Almost all of them come off badly or tear at the corners. The small labels don't stick to pens or brushes. I had to fix them all with sellotape. It was a lot of work to stick them all over again.

The stickers are beautiful. But the delivery times are very long, even if you take into account that production takes place in France. My order also got lost in the first shipment. After many back and forth messages with the friendly customer service, I finally received the stickers after another shipment about three and a half weeks after ordering. The messages emphasized that delivery can take up to 8 working days and that you should only make an entry after 10 working days without receipt. No reference is made to this in the order. It simply states that the ordered products will be manufactured and handed over to the post office within 48 hours. I would therefore order elsewhere next time.

Customizable labels, nice, lots of choice. Fast delivery, although I received someone else's order first. With today's computers, mistakes happen, so I don't hold it against you. I even received a discount voucher for a future order, which I appreciated. On the other hand, the labels don't hold up well. I have a 6-year-old and a 3-year-old and I have always bought these quality labels. I have also given them to various friends for their children but this time I was really disappointed. I asked for labels for 4 children, so 4 different names and you sent me everything on two booklets only! So I couldn't give the booklet, which is nice packaging but I had to cut the sheets myself and divide them for the 4 children! I did not like this at all, also because the labels for each child were not few! I suggest that for each name the labels be given in a separate pad!
