Excellent customer service. A couple of years ago a shipment seemed lost, without making any reports they sent a new order for free and of their own accord. I was very appreciative and this prompted me to place further orders. Quality of products excellent .
As every year, delivery on time. However, the post office asked me to confirm the address because it was supposedly false or incomplete. I can't say who's at fault?

Wide choice of colors and patterns. For several years now, the labels are still on the toast boxes and gourds in almost perfect condition! Very pleased with the gourd! And fast shipping. What more could you ask for!

I've been ordering the mini labels for years for my children's school supplies. The best? They last all year long.
A great soap. At first I made a mistake with my order. The company was very responsive. And for my 2nd order. They respected their deadlines (48h) but I had taken delivery 24h by chronopost. Shipped on Thursday... delivered the following Tuesday. So I didn't get my parcel too late. They reimbursed me for the delivery costs. So no problem with my label, just the delivery and the only one responsible is chronoposte.
