I ordered a custom water bottle, but it definitely arrived spoiled. It wouldn't have been a problem if customer service had gotten back to me. But unfortunately, despite the fact that I used the contact section on their website, and we tried to contact them via their Instagram page, to date I have not received a response. This is a real shame because I had bought labels from them before and was satisfied.

As specified in the instructions, I used my iron at 200 degrees, waited 15 minutes for the iron to heat up, and placed the label on each garment with the parchment paper. I pressed for 8 or 10 seconds on each garment. First wash 15 days after labeling the garments: surprise, all the labels come off in a 30-degree wash !!!!

Very disappointed with the after-sales service!!! I have received the products certainly quality unfortunately I am missing a product in my order I called several times in vain! No answer. I sent an e-mail to no avail and got an automatic reply saying that an answer was forthcoming. I've lost about 10 in my order. It was my first order and I'd think twice about it now.

Order placed easily, but since then, no news! I haven't received the order, nor any delivery notice, and customer service gives a generic message without specifying whether the order is traceable, what recourse they have, what they could do, or where our parcel is.... even though it was ordered by recorded delivery. I strongly advise against this.

I bought the sticker ones not the iron on, followed instructions washed their school stuff at 30 degrees and they came off in the wash. Not happy at all with this product. The stickers look nice but a total waste of money.
