Ordered 09.07.2022, never received. Wrote to customer service with no response. Finally I called and customer service made a new order. This one didn't arrive either. After several attempts by mail and phone without response I gave up. Now, 4 months later, I've asked for my money back. At least it worked.

I still have not received the order, placed Oct. 13. Customer service claims that the cap is wrong and the order should go back. From the website, the order appears delivered. To whom? Absurd them and their not very credible excuses. Meanwhile they ask me if I want to reorder the labels, denying me a refund for the phantom order. Very bad service.
