I still haven't received my order! As school starts in two days, how can I get a refund or receive my order as soon as possible?

No customer service. One star seems too much to me. I simply have not received my labels that I ordered over 20 days ago. I have not been contacted within 48 or 72 hours. And now I have had to resort to another company to have labels in time for the course to start. So, the service is terrible and non-existent. I think it is a fraud. Plain and simple.

I never received my labels... Impossible to connect to my customer area to see where my order was. I've emailed customer service and still haven't heard back... order placed a month ago.

I didn't receive my order and the communication with customer service left a lot to be desired. The response I got was the same impersonal message without solving the problem. Result: back in 2 days and no labels. To be avoided

My second attempt at re-inserting the blister pack I'd started with, and after a wash it had already come undone. For my first attempt, all the iron-on labels were gone too. However, I reread the instructions carefully, and this time I found the label in my 1-year-old son's mouth, so the quality wasn't top-not to mention the safety.

Still haven't received my order and no news from after sales service!!!! Very disappointed

Hello, This is the 2nd time I have ordered. The first one went well. This year, I didn't receive my order, I reported it and an automatic e-mail prompted me to check my mailbox. As an experienced user, you get the feeling you're being taken for a fool, and that's unpleasant. It's a shame, because the concept of the pack and the quality of the labels are top-notch!

Hello I have made a purchase more than 20 days ago and I still have not received my order, I have tried to contact them by different means and there is no way. They are scammers.

Order has not arrived even after more than 3 weeks

They are very pretty but I am not happy with the result. The label is big and the font chosen is very small. They should warn that it is going to be almost illegible, it seems that just change the font but not the size. In the sample it didn't look so small. I don't think I will be able to use them, too bad.

I ordered labels that stick to any surface, not just textiles, very disappointed.

Very disappointed order in early August and delivery today after a reminder email.

I ordered labels on August 9th. Today is the 29th and I still haven't received anything, neither the order nor an e-mail confirming that it has been sent. So I don't know what's going on, despite having sent 2 e-mails to your services.

I used the self-adhesive object labels for my 4 children's pencils, pens and markers (large order). I stuck the labels on and three days later everything was coming off. I reapplied the labels, pressing hard again, and it started all over again. I took everything off and threw it in the garbage can. I'm disgusted, it's literally money down the drain. I find this unacceptable.

After a month and a half of waiting and not receiving anything I cancelled my order! That's a real shame! I don't have any labels for this season ! Well done to the after-sales service, they're there to help you!

Order placed on August 6, here we are on August 29 and still nothing received!!!! I sent an e-mail to the complaints department and they told me "postal delays....". So I re-posted my order to A qui S on Thursday 25/08 and I was delivered today Monday 29/08 without paying for a fast delivery !!!! I will never recommend Cmon étiquettes !!!

Label never received... priority parcel sent on the 23rd and still nothing on the 28th! Very disappointed I won't have my labels for my daughter's first day of school.

Hello, I haven't received anything. It's been over 3 weeks and still nothing!

Order placed on August 6th and to date still nothing received, I sent an email to customer service, no response from them and impossible to reach them by phone, really disappointed at the lack of seriousness, in the meantime payment has been made and no trace of my labels. First and last order on your site.

So overpriced! I chose 10 stickers - thinking it was 10 strips . No ten tiny stickers x 2 was £8 with delivery!

Run away from them like they run away from you when they don't want to solve their mistakes despite several reminders!

I ordered a custom water bottle, but it definitely arrived spoiled. It wouldn't have been a problem if customer service had gotten back to me. But unfortunately, despite the fact that I used the contact section on their website, and we tried to contact them via their Instagram page, to date I have not received a response. This is a real shame because I had bought labels from them before and was satisfied.

I still haven't received my order

As specified in the instructions, I used my iron at 200 degrees, waited 15 minutes for the iron to heat up, and placed the label on each garment with the parchment paper. I pressed for 8 or 10 seconds on each garment. First wash 15 days after labeling the garments: surprise, all the labels come off in a 30-degree wash !!!!

The site doesn't work i'm trying to make a payment by paypal it doesn't work either on the computer or on the phone.

Very disappointed with the after-sales service!!! I have received the products certainly quality unfortunately I am missing a product in my order I called several times in vain! No answer. I sent an e-mail to no avail and got an automatic reply saying that an answer was forthcoming. I've lost about 10 in my order. It was my first order and I'd think twice about it now.

Label doesn't fit

Order placed easily, but since then, no news! I haven't received the order, nor any delivery notice, and customer service gives a generic message without specifying whether the order is traceable, what recourse they have, what they could do, or where our parcel is.... even though it was ordered by recorded delivery. I strongly advise against this.

Very disappointed with the service. i had a problem with the promo code at the time of my order. i realized it just after the payment had been validated. i immediately contacted customer service who could do nothing. i'll order elsewhere next time. Not commercial at all.

I placed my order on August 10 we are at 23 and they never arrived they told me that if a neighbor took them that if the address was right. It's the first time I order it and it was a shame and after calling me as they sent them to me and nothing they never arrived.

I bought the sticker ones not the iron on, followed instructions washed their school stuff at 30 degrees and they came off in the wash. Not happy at all with this product. The stickers look nice but a total waste of money.

After more than 20 days, I still haven't received my order and their after-sales service is overwhelmed, so I'm going to have to order other labels elsewhere if I want everything to be ready for my son's first day of school pfff.
