I am very disappointed with the adhesive labels as they don't stick to the pens and I have to order new ones.
Labels never received
I give only one star because I have not received my order, I ordered it on July 27 and I'm still waiting, I contacted you and you sent it to me again urgently and I have not received it.
I did not receive my order
I've been ordering pencil labels from you for 3 years now, and I've been happy with them. But the last two times the labels didn't stick to the pencils, so I had to glue them back on with adhesive paper. The first time I thought maybe there was a problem, but now it's happened twice. I won't be ordering again?

It's a scam. They don't send you the order. I have been almost 1 month and I have not received it. There are more professional companies.
My order never arrived, after chasing it up, they said they had the wrong address, I had paid through PayPal so they did have my full correct address. Luckily I got a full refund via PayPal A disappointing experience with this company

I went through this site to buy a personalized quality water bottle for my 4 year old son and it didn't last 2 weeks. The cap broke quickly. [Thank you for your reply, but I never received the replacement cap.]

Absolutely all the iron-on labels came off after the first wash. Really disappointed. I validate the iron-on labels but the Thermos were a total waste of time and money.

The printing of the labels is not centered on the labels. I wanted to try it out, but I'm going back to another, higher-quality brand.
Hello I am very disappointed I ordered a batch of 100 object labels for my son's school supplies two days after the break the labels have all peeled off more I sent a message on the site 15 days ago I have yet to get any response.
I haven't received my order after a long time. Still waiting for receipt from the postal office and the store to locate the parcel or send me another one.

I still haven't received my order placed on 23/07/22. Despite several e-mail contacts, the problem has still not been resolved.

Normally I'm very satisfied with the order because I've been ordering labels for my grandson since he was in kindergarten and now he's in CE2, he's almost 9 years old. But I'm not happy with my last order: the color chosen for the order was pretty, but once I received it I didn't like it, which is a shame.
They came out wrong, they peeled off within a month of purchase, I wrote a review...they said they would contact me from customer service but never heard back....
They did not meet the delivery date and I never received them.

Unfortunately, the stickers on this order don't stick at all. Once washed and the stickers are gone.

The labels come off after the first wash (I spent 4 hours doing it all and paid 80e for the labels, I'm delighted).
Eternal waiting time
Unfortunately, I ordered the labels in mid-July and they never arrived, I asked for my money back, and although they claim to have issued a refund on August 4, that hasn't arrived either. Really a bad experience

Order never received after a week I sent an e-mail to customer service. They replied with a standard e-mail telling me to wait 6 working days, which was already the case, even though I had given them my order number and the date. So 3 complaint emails and no reply, but I was charged the same day. I won't be recommending them again because of the lack of communication in the event of a problem. I lost 12 and have to buy labels for the new school year. I hesitated with the "à qui s" site and should have ordered from them.

Regrettably !!!! I do not recommend it and of course never again. I placed an order on 07/07 and I'm still waiting for it, I'm waiting for them to answer my mail and the phone that does not exist. I think it's a shame. Not recommended.
