The labels for clothes are very good but I had also ordered labels for small jars which I didn't receive.

The bottles are very nice but the caps do not work well. They break easily

The size of the labels is not practical either too large or too wide ... a little disappointed.

I'm used to ordering from your site and I've never had a problem with the labels, but this time they're almost all peeling off, which is very disappointing.

Super nice design, unfortunately the iron-on labels for clothes don't hold at all despite following the instructions exactly, most of them come off the clothes after just one wash. I now only buy adhesive labels.

The labels are great, no regrets the lunch box arrived damaged, it didn't take long for my little guy to finish the closure which was imperfect and the decoration is already starting to peel off after 2 weeks it's really disappointing 🙁

I placed the order and the next day I received a 20% discount promotion, it seems like a joke. The order arrived 20 days after I placed it and it came with Christmas gift tags (at the end of January). This time the experience has not been entirely satisfactory.

Unfortunately, the order placed never arrived at its destination, despite reminders. I was teased and waited additional time, but nothing ever arrived. On a positive note, they gave me a refund after several months.

Very nice labels, fast delivery but labels missing on 2 plates.

I'm writing another review because I'm finally disappointed! On the whole the delivery and the contents are great ... but the labels come off after the 2nd machine wash!

I am basing this rating on my last two orders, before these I would have given a 5/5. The first was an order for self-adhesive clothing labels and the second for iron-on labels. My last order of self-adhesive labels was a disaster, the labels simply wouldn't stick for more than 24 hours, and machine washing resulted in the labels sticking to the drum. So I tried iron-on and was disappointed again. Some don't stick to the lining of the garment (in velvet, a classic and common material) and some will adhere but come off, partially or totally, after a wash or on a garment worn for a day. So I'm going to look for another brand.

Thermoadhesive labels do not stick 100% to clothing. They will peel off after washing.

I paid for express delivery, and the package arrived 72 hours later. Chronopost was labelled "standard delivery".

The last orders I have placed, the clothing stickers for plnacha stick regularly, in the first wash they are lifted.

Beautiful products but waiting time to receive orders too long. I ordered things on Jan. 4, haven't received them yet and don't know if they will arrive.

Service nothing to fire as usual except that despite the proper use of the instructions some labels go completely or by half in the wash I regret not having taken the one that sticks directly to the garment as I usually do.

Everything perfect as usual except for the very long wait times..which I find a very big flaw..too bad because the products are outstanding....

The first time I bought the stick on labels were great. Second time I the iron on didn't work as I expected. Now I have bought other set of stick on labels and again I got a bit disappointed with the quality as it doesn't seem to stay in place after a few weeks depending on the material. In materials like aluminium, plastic, it stay in place perfectly for long time.

The labels come off in the 1st wash, I'm disappointed.

Stickers are fine but delivery is really really slow.

My labels are peeling off, it's a pity I bought them because they didn't work and I will have to buy new ones. In addition, the aquamarine tone loses color with the heat of the iron.

I have only bought once. The order has not arrived after about 3 weeks. I will see if the product is any good when it arrives.

This is my fourth order, always everything correct, very nice and durable stickers. My last order was a Christmas order placed on December 8. It arrived and the Christmas window stickers were missing. I contacted them and they informed me that they were out of stock and would send them to me later. It is January 4 and Christmas is over and I am still without the stickers. They could have proactively informed me of the out of stock and offered a refund. Update: I received the stickers on January 12.... Christmas over, they could have offered a refund, some voucher or discount code for the delay, etc. But mostly lack of proactive information from the beginning.

Responsive site but one of the products arrived damaged as the packaging had suffered in transit. The envelope was re-taped and crumpled on receipt.

I received a first parcel with the labels ordered in the right name and the bag I had ordered in the wrong name shortly afterwards I received the bag in the right name.

The water bottle has very nice graphics. Unfortunately on the first fall the cap broke into a thousand pieces so it was not very durable.
