Overall disappointed. As the site suggests, my wish was to have personalized labels for guest gifts for a christening. When I received my order, one of the two designs I'd chosen was cut in half. Customer service was reactive, but first told me it was impossible to do better. A refund of 1.35 was granted. After a negative review on trustpilot, customer service called me back and offered to reissue the labels, removing the motif that had caused printing problems. The result is a bit sad, but at least I can use them...

Like every year since my son started nursery school, I've been ordering labels for clothes, shoes and all kinds of objects for notebooks and pens/felts/pencils... much appreciated by teachers and leisure center staff alike, as everything is marked, making it easier for them to find their things, and I get everything back! It's very pretty and high quality, and the washing machine at 60 degrees plus tumble dryer won't budge! So always faithful to you
