My first order was exchanged for another, I had to pay extra to receive the package after 10 days (having paid for a delivery enters 4gg) and the contents were not even mine. I placed my order on August 17 and it is just today October 7 when I receive it by post. Other years they sent to the Canary Islands without problem and it was a normal shipment without problems. This year they only allowed point of collection. The surprise is that after a while I find out that it has been returned due to delivery problems at the pick up point without giving me notice. I live right next to that store. I complained and they sent it to my home but it took a long time. Unfortunately you do not offer a good shipping service at this time and I will not repeat my experience with you. My labels arrived a month after the start of school and there is much more choice on the market.
