The labels are pretty but didn't even last the 5 days of camp! And I find them in the drum with every wash even though I followed the instructions for application. Disappointed therefore

Not only is their description incorrect, but also the decoration of the bottles is not of good quality; the writing came off just 30 minutes after being taken out of the packaging, and since this is a bottle for preschoolers, I can't even imagine the state after use. After several complaints, no news from customer service.

The stamp is really not great... I am very disappointed. The labels are the best and I regret not having made that choice.

A bent straw is not comfortable for a small child who splashes water all over themselves

Very disappointed. I ordered labels with Chronopost delivery for a quick goal and use. I paid a high price for delivery which made me lose 48 hours and there is a missing series of labels in the package.

I have been used to taking them for my daughter for 3 years, everything went well. But this time I also took some for my son, so 2 different packs, they mixed everything up, it doesn't look clean or professional at all, I have one pack full and a second with barely 4 pages! Now I have to flip through to find my daughter's or my son's labels. One pack each would have been perfect. Especially for 30 euros PER pack

Hello! I have been buying for several years on the website and I think this will be my last purchase. They started changing the shipping method, something I didn't like because before they left the labels in the mailbox and didn't charge shipping fees, which was very convenient. At home, we work and this way we didn't have to keep an eye on the labels, but now they don't leave them in the mailbox, we have to pay attention to the messenger and on top of that, we have to pay shipping fees... we're going backwards! Another issue is the quality of the labels, at least the thermal adhesive ones that I buy, has worsened a bit; in fact, it is common for them to peel off a bit with the first wash, this was not the case before. I actually worked for many years in a residence for dependent elderly people and those were the labels I recommended to the families of the residents, but now I wouldn't think of doing that. Lastly, the last straw is that in my last order I saw that they have now increased the minimum number of labels to order; it used to be 10 and they had an affordable price, now they have raised it to 30. It seems like a rip-off to me because when you add the shipping costs and the minimum order, it makes it quite expensive compared to not so long ago. The truth is that I am very disappointed with the brand and how poorly they are treating buyers like me who have been trusting them for several years.
First of all, I want to tell you that there are two types of shipments to Spain. The first is home delivery with tracking and the second is to a pickup point. We had to change and propose one with tracking to ensure that the orders would arrive better.

All the labels for the clothing withstand washes.

This is not the case this time, the washable square labels for clothing are very difficult to detach from the backing, without damaging or even tearing them. My first set of labels from 2023 are so much better than the set I just recently ordered. The new stickers are so hard to peel off from the booklet, when I do eventually get it off it’s usually crumpled up. Really disappointed

Very disappointed... I bought a water bottle for my daughter, unfortunately she dropped it and the cap broke... it didn't even last a week...

The stickers se not pre cut very well making it hard to peel off, which causes the label to have torn or curled edge. Which means they won’t stick to the garment. Having to use scissors to cut the edges. Very disappointed at the previous ones I brought were wonderful.
