The process of ordering multiple sets with different names is confusing. Some of the labels peel off poorly or not at all! Otherwise, the pattern etc. is nice.

I am satisfied with the quality of the product! But for the first time since various purchases made, I am disappointed with the result. The pink color of the background of the label is either not the one chosen, or there is too great a difference between the color on the site and reality.

An order every year for the back-to-school and first disappointment... This year the die-cutting is poorly done, impossible to peel the labels one by one. Disappointment but the designs are still beautiful

I found the labels very expensive for only a few labels to print. But I had no choice because I needed them.

Unable to peel the labels, I had to peel the whole sheet to peel the labels, damaging and twisting them in all directions. Otherwise, the label itself was pretty.

The sandwich boxes are great, but the water bottle still has a smell even after washing, my daughter doesn't want to drink from it

Surprise at the choice of colors upon delivery which changed from white to yellow for the background and from blue to a very ugly green color. But it's done!

The water bottle is pretty but of poor quality because it leaks. Moreover, I expected the graphics and name to be engraved while they are stickers.

Bought 100 iron on labels, 7 of them have already fallen off my kids clothes and they have only been back to school for less than a week. Washed at 40 degrees and ironed on as instructed. Gave 2 stars as they look nice but they just won’t stay on.

It's a shame that the labels were not properly pre-cut because I had to redo all of them with a cutter to be able to peel them off. This is the first time in three years that I have this issue.

Satisfied with the received labels. Less so with the water bottle. My son has trouble drinking from it, sometimes it works, sometimes it leaks. Not simple... Too bad for the price of the bottle

The labels are impeccable. However, the personalized sticker on the lunch box is poorly stuck and will not hold up well against washing. (the lunch box is therefore too expensive compared to the quality of the adhesive)

I can’t fault the quality of the stickers. They’re really durable. Unfortunately I received the wrong order twice then had to wait an additional time to receive them. The customer service team were fantastic and rectified the issues quickly.

Very disappointed with the quality: on my two lunch boxes, one had a decorative film that was peeling off and the other had a broken clasp. Customer service only replaced one box, but the new one arrived already scratched and dusty. I do not recommend

The labels are pretty and seem to be of good quality. However, the adhesive labels for objects are very difficult to remove from their place, they are poorly pre-cut. I spent more time peeling them off than if I had to write by hand on labels. My son couldn't peel them off without my help, which spoiled the experience. However, the iron-on labels for clothing are practical and quick to apply.

There should be an option for smaller labels in larger quantities for pens. Also this time the printing was out of cut

Great for plastic water bottles-so far the stickers have stayed put but all come off the labels of clothes

I had ordered stickers for different children as a gift. Unfortunately, the names were mixed up in the "blocks"/packaging. I had to open the brackets and sort everything out. I had ordered for 3 children and only received two notebooks. Each name should have its own packaging. I have never experienced anything like this with any other company. Therefore, point deduction. The quality of the stickers is fine.
According to our standard procedure, only predefined packs are printed on separate sheets. Unless a special request was indicated with your order, we have not received any note that special care is required when printing your labels. We would also like to ask you to consider the ecological impact: Printing individual labels on three separate sheets leads to an additional consumption of paper and cardboard, which is significantly higher than that of the packs we offer. In the interest of waste reduction and environmental protection, we limit the amount of paper used, except for predefined packs.
However, we are pleased that you like the quality!

I placed an order for which part is not compliant. I ordered a stamp to be engraved with lowercase for the first name and uppercase for the last name. I received everything written in uppercase. Customer service is unable to change the font, so I had to resign myself to accept the order as it is. I am obviously disappointed knowing that the stamp costs €30.

Water bottle ordered less than two months ago and the printing came off. I had bought it for my son's return to school, I had to buy another one elsewhere because several letters came off even though he only used it 3 times. However, the clothing labels are good.
