Always bought from here. But this time the quality of the iron on labels is different, not nearly as good as previous years (first started buying in 2018). They even look different as there is more of a sheen, suffice to say they didn't stay on the clothing for long. First wash and they started to peel off.

This is a decent product but took far to long to dispatch. Though ordered in, what I thought was plenty of time, my children had returned to school for over a week before I received them. I would suggest more transparency about the length of time it takes to dispatch and the method of postage so that an informed decision can be made about whether its feasible ot even worthwhile waiting.

The labels for items are great so far, we've been using them for just under 3 weeks. For clothes it's 50:50 so far, unfortunately some of the stickers have already come off after the first wash.

The thermoadhesive labels are nice and for the moment they also seem quite durable (only one came off during washing). The thing to improve is the shipping time: I took advantage of standard shipping, without further payment, but 10 working days is really a long time!

Nice labels but they don't stick... in any case they don't hold on my son's comforter, I have to put 1 label back on after each wash. Maybe I didn't see the iron-on label tab, which is a shame because they might have been more effective than the stick-on labels. Otherwise, they're very pretty.

They sent it via Mrw to a collection point. Even though I got the email saying it was there, after going 3 times and being told it wasn't there, I was then told it was returned. I wasted a morning talking to Mrw. They said the package had been left at the pickup point and those at the pickup point that they had never received it. The labels are wonderful except for the thermoadhesive ones that peel off even if you follow the instructions for use, sometimes if you iron them again they last until the next wash.
