I can’t fault the quality of the stickers. They’re really durable. Unfortunately I received the wrong order twice then had to wait an additional time to receive them. The customer service team were fantastic and rectified the issues quickly.

Very disappointed with the quality: on my two lunch boxes, one had a decorative film that was peeling off and the other had a broken clasp. Customer service only replaced one box, but the new one arrived already scratched and dusty. I do not recommend

The labels are pretty and seem to be of good quality. However, the adhesive labels for objects are very difficult to remove from their place, they are poorly pre-cut. I spent more time peeling them off than if I had to write by hand on labels. My son couldn't peel them off without my help, which spoiled the experience. However, the iron-on labels for clothing are practical and quick to apply.

The water bottle is beautiful, however I am skeptical about the fact that they are stickers.. we'll see if they hold up

There should be an option for smaller labels in larger quantities for pens. Also this time the printing was out of cut

Great for plastic water bottles-so far the stickers have stayed put but all come off the labels of clothes

I had ordered stickers for different children as a gift. Unfortunately, the names were mixed up in the "blocks"/packaging. I had to open the brackets and sort everything out. I had ordered for 3 children and only received two notebooks. Each name should have its own packaging. I have never experienced anything like this with any other company. Therefore, point deduction. The quality of the stickers is fine.
According to our standard procedure, only predefined packs are printed on separate sheets. Unless a special request was indicated with your order, we have not received any note that special care is required when printing your labels. We would also like to ask you to consider the ecological impact: Printing individual labels on three separate sheets leads to an additional consumption of paper and cardboard, which is significantly higher than that of the packs we offer. In the interest of waste reduction and environmental protection, we limit the amount of paper used, except for predefined packs.
However, we are pleased that you like the quality!

I placed an order for which part is not compliant. I ordered a stamp to be engraved with lowercase for the first name and uppercase for the last name. I received everything written in uppercase. Customer service is unable to change the font, so I had to resign myself to accept the order as it is. I am obviously disappointed knowing that the stamp costs €30.

Water bottle ordered less than two months ago and the printing came off. I had bought it for my son's return to school, I had to buy another one elsewhere because several letters came off even though he only used it 3 times. However, the clothing labels are good.

An printing error made on a sheet of 10 labels in the kindergarten pack that I ordered! Another name appears on it! The labels are therefore unusable.

The labels are great, I have been ordering them for 6 years, nothing to say, but for the first time I ordered the bag with the first name for the start of the school year in small section, I find it too small and the same for the writings of the first name and last name for the price, they could have made it bigger...

I had received a promo on pencil labels. By clicking on this link, I thought I was arriving at the right labels, except that upon receipt, the labels are way too big. The website link does not directly take us to the visibility product of the link, which is a shame...

The snack box I ordered is not great, the customization on it is a poorly stuck film. The customer service, however very efficient, sent me another box but it was also poorly stuck. I now have two boxes, so the customization is not up to what one can expect from French manufacturing. The 3 stars are for customer service and delivery speed.

Hello, The envelope arrived in a postal package because it had been opened and some labels and stickers were damaged and torn. Maybe not your fault but unfortunate!

I received my package and the product meets my expectations, but despite several emails indicating a security issue with the site informing me of a fraud alert via Google, no one has contacted me back. I also indicated that several of my orders do not appear on my profile. I was contacted again to inform me of my tracking and that the shipment was made. So perfect. Everything is received and perfect. But my orders do not appear. So, I deleted my credentials but still no one to explain to me why. Apparently, the site is poorly protected.

Whilst the bag was a good size and lined ,one of the webbing handles ,which are cream in colour,had purple threads running through it which spoilt the overall look of the bag. The decorations on the water bottle are stickers .Which to be honest I could have probably done myself.I don't think they will last very long . The water bottle does however seem of good quality,and my child's name was painted on it. Overall I felt that the products where over priced.

Very practical water bottle, my son loves it, the designs and colors are great. Except that my son's name written on the bottle is already fading even though it was bought about 15 days ago, never put in the dishwasher, only hand washed.
