Unfortunately, the stickers on this order don't stick at all. Once washed and the stickers are gone.

The labels come off after the first wash (I spent 4 hours doing it all and paid 80e for the labels, I'm delighted).
Eternal waiting time
Unfortunately, I ordered the labels in mid-July and they never arrived, I asked for my money back, and although they claim to have issued a refund on August 4, that hasn't arrived either. Really a bad experience

Order never received after a week I sent an e-mail to customer service. They replied with a standard e-mail telling me to wait 6 working days, which was already the case, even though I had given them my order number and the date. So 3 complaint emails and no reply, but I was charged the same day. I won't be recommending them again because of the lack of communication in the event of a problem. I lost 12 and have to buy labels for the new school year. I hesitated with the "à qui s" site and should have ordered from them.
After placing two orders I had to get a refund because they never arrived.
It is the first time I buy online and I do not have a tracking of the order.on the web it says that my order is finalized since July 25. Last year I bought them in another online store and it didn't even take them two days. Why do they advertise something that is not true at all? I have been using them for a long time and I am very pleased with the quality of the products I have received. Totally reportable.fraudulent company.

Regrettably !!!! I do not recommend it and of course never again. I placed an order on 07/07 and I'm still waiting for it, I'm waiting for them to answer my mail and the phone that does not exist. I think it's a shame. Not recommended.

The shipping time does not match the stated time. I placed an order on 6/07/2022 on 1/08/2022 I did not receive it and the customer service did not explain. He simply indicated that the delivery time is maximum 10 working days (too bad it has been almost twice as long).
I ordered 3 isothermal bottles for my children and also purchased 3 coloured lids. One of the original black lids didn't work from the offset, it just kept spinning round so it was clearly faulty. The second original black lid broke within 48 hours just from opening and closing the lid. The third original black lid has also started to just spin around and not lock. As I had bought 3 extra coloured lids, I put them on instead. All 3 within a few weeks are not working properly. My 5 and 3 year old cannot use these bottles by themselves because of this problem. The drinking mechanism (twist in the direction of the arrow) is tough for children and the lid doesn't close until the child has closed this mechanism. The bottles themselves are a lovely design but they are now useless to us with broken lids that don't work so i've effectively wasted almost £100. I contacted the company but got no reply. Update: Thank you for replying. I would like new lids otherwise the bottles are useless without lids.
I placed an order in early July and today July 30 nothing has arrived! To the emails no response. Is a refund even possible? I would need the labels for kindergarten!
I placed an order and now I can't log in to see the status I placed it 9 days ago.
I placed an order more than 10 days ago. I send emails to ask if I will receive it soon as I need it for next week. I receive no response. I call the phone number and it is not available. There is no way to contact anyone. I will not order again and of course I do not recommend it. At least a reply so I know I will get it and it is not a scam.

Order placed on June 29, as of today's date of July 25 no package has arrived. I have tried calling by phone but although they indicate service hours no one ever answers, I have sent 4 emails but it has been more than 4 days and no one has answered. VERY BAD IN EVERY WAY

Very disappointed because the iron-on labels peel off extremely quickly! I followed the protocol but maybe it's due to my central steam iron which doesn't display the degree of heat... In any case, I end up with labels that don't stick.

I had a problem with my order, my fault of course, but no arrangement was found to solve the problem, and I find that a pity, except to make another order, with a discount when I just wanted 2 sheets to rectify, and I was ready to pay them, but not the full 180 labels.
