Small printed pouch produced on time, but shipping costs equivalent to the price of the pouch...! It seems to me that they could be reduced by packaging (reinforced envelope) more suited to the size of the pouch. That said, we're informed of this before the order is finalized. But the product is really very cute, the printing very good quality and the multiple choices of personalization very pleasant to use.

Order arrived late and incomplete. The service was fast but I had to cancel part of my order.

The ticket are very nice However the name tag for clothes was removed when I put in the washing machine.... Otherwise the delivery was great and the service was nice

The cases ordered are of excellent quality and finished well. Too bad only that I had asked for modifications but they were not put in place.

Easy to use site, beautiful graphics and wide customization options. Clothing labels do not adhere very well and sometimes come off even after one wash, definitely needs improvement.

Very disappointed with this water bottle, which at first sight seemed very sturdy but after 3 months of use broke at the cap!

Unfortunately, a sheet of window stickers was not cut well, they would not come off. i had to cut out the stickers one by one. The designs, however, are beautiful

I had to cut out all the Christmas decals by hand because the figures were not cut out so the rendering was horrendous. Also order placed on November 22 arrived on December 2 containing an advent calendar. Very bad service this time, I am very bitter

I ordered 30 iron on name labels for my toddler's clothes. They look great and arrived in decent time. They don't stay on the clothes. I followed the instructions provided, but most of the labels have come off after one wash. Very disappointed and waste of my money.

For product quality and order processing time, the rating could be very good if not excellent. Unfortunately, the mere possibility of relying on postal services for shipping lengthens and does not make delivery times predictable. In some cases it would be helpful (in my last purchase it would have been) to have the option of expedited delivery, even at a surcharge.

I only received half of my order. I had to restart my order and wait another 6 days to receive my entire order. The previous time it took more than three weeks to receive my labels. Despite the supposed express delivery, the products arrived after the child had left for his holiday. I wanted to try again because I love the quality and design of your products, but I've decided against it!

The stickers are very pretty. The wooden decorations are well made, but one came split in two.

Stickers for clothing do not stick well

First wash and no labels left anywhere except on the clothes? I found some outside, in my house... Disappointed to have lost money. NEVER AGAIN (Order 1001719316)

The idea of labels in a notebook and the choice of colors and logos is great. I love the concept. But I'm very disappointed with the result. The iron-on labels come off after a day's use (I stuck them on clean underpants with the instructions from the Cmonetiquette notebook. Overnight rest. My son put on his underpants for the day and by evening the label was 3/4 removed). As for the self-adhesive labels, they don't stick after being put in the washing machine.... So I'm sorry, but I wouldn't order from you again. It's a shame because the concept is great but the quality is not up to scratch. Julie Robert

Unfortunately, the labels come off very frequently. You have to get the iron out again and again to glue the labels back on.

The stickers are perfect. They are as I expected. To point out something negative, they have taken perhaps a little longer than expected although it is true that from the customer service they answered me in an agile way.

Two weeks since I ordered my labels and they're still not here, even though they're shipped in 48 hours!

Good product however too expensive, the caps for the water bottles 8 euros, found excessive, unfortunately my son had broken it and so not to throw it away I had to buy the replacement, but the price forgive me are not worth.

Great stickers but staples are through stickers which is a bit disappointing

3 weeks to get what you ordered....too long. I had ordered 10 days before my son started nursery, of course I had to do otherwise to mark the items. Given the cost, such slow delivery of what was ordered is not acceptable

The labels hardly stick to any clothes.... Even the ones that did stick, after a few days I found them all over my house....

Nicely designed and easy to use iron-on labels with fast shipping, however after ironing the labels on they came off after one wash. I am going to try re-ironing the ones that are still half on and see if they stay on this time.
