I had placed a few orders before and always had a good time. However I had problems with the last order: the order started but I never received it,I think it was with post (under Christmas period). I contacted support by email who responded quickly. I was asked if I wanted a refund or to receive the order again, I chose the second solution and received it without any problems.

3rd time I've ordered from this site and I'm still just as satisfied with the self-adhesive labels on my clothes.

A customer since my eldest started primary school, we also ordered for n°2 from nursery school to primary school. We've tested the labels for objects, clothes, shoes and water bottles, and frankly, all the products are top quality. We also love the wide choice of customizable products! And the back-to-school kits are really great when you have to label everything! As for delivery, never a worry, it's usually dispatched very quickly, and after that it depends mainly on the delivery company.

I like the ease with which I can choose the customization of the stickers,I like the amount of designs and colors I can use ,I like the products because even washing them does not spoil which happened to me on other sites before I met this one.

New iron-on labels, always full of color, attention to detail, they hold on different fabrics in 15-20seconds and in perfect condition after washing. Already bought for my first 2017, still present on some items (like bags) as clothes I had to remove them to sell or give away!

Great clothes stickers, ordered from this company before. My son started school in September so needed to label all his clothes, see this company on Facebook and thought I would give them a go. Clothes stickers are fantastic, stick to clothes well, never come off in the wash. Highly recommend and will definitely order from this company going forward. My recent order had not arrived after 10 days, emailed customer services, received a very quick to reply and they sent a new order now questions asked. Only downside is the time it takes to arrive. Would more than happy pay for a speedier deliver.

I had previously posted a negative comment because I had not received my parcel! I received a response from customer service who suggested a solution and was very competent and responsive. I would like to withdraw my negative comment and would recommend other products as there was a misunderstanding.

I made 2 orders of heat-seal labels unfortunately error on my part I Regus self-adhesive labels I called customer service who was very responsive sent me a coupon code to be able to reorder heat-seal labels ... and super happy ... 2nd order a personalized gourd, nothing to say, perfect and very practical to use...

Little disappointment for the snack box where the top is a sticker, but maybe I didn't look carefully when I was doing my research. And perfect delivery!
