There was a mistake in the order (I received someone else's), and customer service reacted very quickly by sending me back the right one a few days later. The labels are great, I've been ordering them for several years and they're always so good.

Customer service promises to send back an order at the beginning of July but you never receive this famous exchange order and customer service doesn't seem to be able to keep up because they tell me that I received the order (sent at the beginning of July) on 16 May... ?????
