The thermoadhesive labels that were sent to me were faded and poorly printed, with poorly defined outlines and blurry designs. I wrote two emails to customer service and they replied with an automated message that did not respond to my problem, then they did not respond again. I also tried to contact them through the IG page, same result. I am very disappointed. I will not buy again.

Firstly, I hadn't received the e produtos and complained. The customer service team immediately came to ask me what had happened and suggested a solution. In the end, I did receive my order and I'm particularly pleased with the way the problem was handled. Ordered some labels at the end of August for the start of school, the delivery was marked as delivered but I did not receive. I messaged the Facebook page and was dealt with quickly and given the option of a refund or for them to be sent again, I chose for them to be sent again and they have just arrived.
