I placed an order as usual (I am a regular customer), and this is the first time it did not arrive. I complained via email and the next day they called me from France to assist me. They gave me the option of returning or resending my order at no additional cost. I chose the latter (they are good products and work very well for me), the order arrived in less than a week.
