Hello, my order status says "Delivered" but I never received my order. What should I do? I needed these labels for my son's clothes. He's going on a school trip on 26/04. I've never had any problems with my previous orders. Thank you for your good follow-up.

Good quality labels and colors as expected

Never rceieved my order almost a month later Update: Customer sevice conatcted me swiftly (thanks for this) and offereed new shipment at their cost or refund, I opted for new shipment so hopefully this time the parcel won;t get lost!

Super product, 2nd order of clothing and shoe labels and very happy. They are of good quality, easy to apply, hold well after several washes, pretty with the possibility of customizing. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I would like to withdraw one star because the color of my daughter's first name on one of the kits ordered does not match the colour I thought I had chosen when I bought it. Her first name is barely visible. It's a shame.

You have a choice of stick on or iron on labels for clothing, therefore no sewing required! Delivery is always reliable and quick.
