The labels ordered are summarized in a practical little booklet with brief instructions. The cheapest shipping time is stated as up to 10 days. The first order took about that long, the second went very quickly. The store's website could be optimized. I couldn't find a way to adopt the design created (different labels). All in all: great, trustworthy store!

The labels arrived very quickly and are very practical. They stick well, even when washed in the dishwasher or washing machine. My favorite are the two-line labels where you can put mom's or dad's phone number. Ideal for jackets, shoes, schoolbags, etc.
