Ordered and paid 2 weeks ago, nobody responds to emails and nobody answers the phone. 🙁 What a shame! I've always enjoyed ordering there regularly.

Labels never received. Not serious, because apparently this isn't the first time it's happened to them.

Very bad because the order took a long time to arrive, I needed it for my son's summer camp and it arrived just as it was finishing.

A bad experience. I bought an order a month ago and it never arrived. When I asked for my money back, I had no problem, but to my surprise I still haven't received it. I have already been claiming for a refund in several mails where they always answer giving me long delays, that if I had already made the return, that if I will arrive within 5 working days ... I have complained again and now they say that they will do it as soon as possible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying from them, if you do not receive the product you will be left without the purchase and without the money.

Paid goods have still not arrived after 2 weeks. I was only put off in response to my email. They would take care of the request. Calls are also not answered, super annoying and not customer-friendly. I had ordered here some time ago, but things were much better then.

Good morning, I placed an order and it never arrived, I contacted PETIT FERNAND and they gave me the option of either refunding my money or sending me the order again and I chose to have them send it back to me ..... and it has NEVER EVER ARRIVED ?

After one month, the order has still not arrived and I was even offered whether I would prefer a refund or wait for a new order

So far I have not received an order yet, still waiting!!!

I placed an order on 6/17/2022 and never received it. I'm sorry because I was relying on them so much. Unfortunately, customer service replied that by today I should have already received my order so I guess that's all they can do since the package is not traceable. What a shame!

Hello, Fast delivery but the request was not compliant. The labels are very badly made, there are lines on them, my child's first name is written on the edge of the label and therefore not at all centred on 20 labels. I could have done better with a simple felt-tip pen. I made 2 unanswered complaints in which I simply asked for new labels to be sent. I have been a victim of misleading advertising by this site.

I did not receive my order but someone else's. I sent an e-mail to the customer service department but got no reply. I just asked them to send me what I had ordered. I didn't even get my money back.

Bad experience! My child's name was not centered on 20 out of 60 labels. The background of my labels was colored and there was a white line! I called the customer service and no one answered, as the departure for camp was fast approaching. Taken by time, I had to order my camp labels on the A-qui-s website and frankly, it's 1000 times better! And the quality is there. You're number 1 when it comes to sending out newsletters, but at least learn to respond to your customers.

Parcel received with a different name on the labels.....

I received labels for a child other than mine. I made a complaint on the site and to date there has been no response.

I received a damaged item (the water bottle). I wrote a complaint but was never contacted back. I would like at least a refund or if a replacement would be possible. Thank you

Unfortunately I couldn't try it as the labels seemed to have been thrown away between the advertising and newspapers. Very sad.

Buy self-adhesive labels They come off in the first wash, a shame because they were pretty.

Three weeks without a reply from customer service .... when it is supposed to take 24/48 hours.

Very disappointed with the product, the stickers for the pencils or pens don't really stick well, you have to tape over them, not practical, not environmentally friendly and too expensive for a product that doesn't work.

I'm very disappointed with the iron-on clothing labels because in the first wash all the labels came off. I followed the instructions to the letter and they didn't stick. It's not the first time I've ordered from you.

1st wash, all the labels came off, regardless of the backing material. And of course they don't stick anymore. I followed your instructions and my labels were holding very well before washing. I'm very disappointed and angry
