Hello, although I am very happy with the work that the site allows me to do, I have not received my labels. The delivery address was not taken into account correctly, although it was checked before the order was confirmed. Could you please send them again? Thank you. Thank you.

Production in 48 hours is of no use if the stickers are only sent a week later. Shipping/delivery took a long time. The stickers are also quite large. Next time we will order from another supplier.

I had a lot of trouble getting the iron-on labels to stick to the garments, even the 100% cotton ones, and many of them came off even though the garment hadn't been worn yet.

Additional caps purchased several times (tot 4) but poorly made. They all broke. Water bottle very good. I recommend reinforcing the cap material.

This is the second time in five years that I have ordered Petit Fernand labels and I have noticed a difference in quality (no more shoe protector stickers, half the number of heat-sensitive stickers...) and quantity (from 120 to 90 stickers), and the order did not arrive the first time.

I don't think I will buy again, the pressure-sensitive labels peel off after a short time.

The labels do not stick well compared to my 1st order.

Since I placed the order on the 22nd, I still have not received it. They need to improve the shipping service.

I liked them very much but the thermo adhesives come off very easily.

I ordered the water bottles for the children and I give 5 stars and the bottles for the adults which left me a little puzzled because the design and writing are sticky. The latter I would not buy them again. Otherwise the company always serious and quick in shipping.

The store is well stocked, friendly and helpful staff, very good quality products. Unfortunately in my last order I had delivery problems and it never reached me. I asked for information they kindly replied twice but now after it has been many days since shipment, I am waiting to figure out how to proceed.

Unfortunately I've not yet received my products having ordered them on 4th November. However correspondence between company and myself have been quick.

Iron-on labels don't stick to garment fibers, but they do stick to the labels, but they're gone in the first wash!

Very long time in receiving the labels. Still waiting for the second order for more than 16 days.... The labels are nice.

Ordered a personalized water bottle with name. The name is written slightly askew, but whatever. The not-very-comfortable opening system gets so hard after a while that the child struggles to open it. Too bad it's a baby water bottle.... High price, so-so quality. Long shipping time.

The stickers are nice, but even though I followed the instructions for iron-on stickers, a few of them have already peeled off.

The labels peel off even if you follow the installation instructions. Quite disappointed. Yours faithfully

The website stated that the order wold be delivered in 48 hours however I still havent received the order after 10 days. The order was a first day school gift which I have already missed. I am disappointed. I would suggest a tracking service so the customers could always know when to expect delivery even its late.

The product is correct, but the delivery time is too long. On the web, at the beginning, they indicate 24-48h and when you make the purchase and see the conditions they already indicate that the delivery can take up to 10 days. Which is true, the product arrives in 10 days or more. It is a little confusing and perhaps misleading to indicate at first that the time is 24-48h because it is not. I also missed knowing where my order was because at 24-48h they tell you that it is produced but until 10 days or more you do not hear anything.

Much too long waiting time. Delivery took 9 days.

The product is very good. The delivery could have been much better. At no time did they communicate to send me the tracking number of the order, I wrote them on 20/Oct and they sent me an e-mail instantly telling me to wait until 28/Oct. That day I wrote them again because I still did not have the package and two days later they answered me with the shipping number. To my surprise the package was pending to be picked up at the post office since 19/Oct, they almost returned it for lack of collection.

F After putting them in the washing machine they are peeling off or simply with little use.

A little disappointed that some labels come off in the wash?

I'd asked for white iron-on labels to cover the ones I'd bought to sell the clothes. These were not in my envelope.

Products arrived after the deadline

I haven't received my order, it's been 15 days. Maybe I made a typo. But everyone knows that Brussels is in Belgium ??????

The labels are very nice and well made. This is my second purchase. I only gave it 3 stars because following an order for labels with different first and last names, I received a single pad of sheets with labels.. so I won't be able to give it as a gift intact but will have to peel off the individual pages. Too bad.

I usually order the labels, but, in the last order, the colors had nothing to do with the original. The red in the background was brown and the rest was very faded.

Long delivery time 10 days after ordering online! Some iron-on labels come off?

The labels do not stick well after one wash. Compared to years ago in my opinion, the quality has decreased, so much so that the labels on my first child are still attached while the new ones come right off.

The bags very nice, I'm waiting to wash them to see if the print lasts. The labels a big disappointment. The thermoadhesive ones all came off the first time the baby wore the clothes. The other clothing labels came off the first time they were washed. The object labels seem to be good. You should activate a money back service.

3rd time that I order (the second arrived hyper late and no excuse nor commercial gesture) I decide to take advantage of an offer for the 3rd.... and labels not very readable.... expensive for the rendering... too bad the proposals are pretty...

The labels arrived all wet.

I was disappointed by several elements: - the color. I thought it was turquoise, but it's water green - the long heating time - sometimes, it didn't stick despite everything What I liked: - the speed with which the labels were made and dispatched - the fact that the parchment paper was supplied (even though I have some in my kitchen, which is appreciated).

They don't stick well to some garment labels, however, and don't stand up to machine and/or tumble drying. A shame. I had to buy new ones for some garments.

Hello Overall satisfied but I found some labels in my washing machine (1st wash at 40°c)...too bad.
