My experience with Petit-Fernand has always been very good to excellent. An excellent service in general, even though this last time there was a problem with the delivery of my order, Petit-Fernand did not hesitate to listen and resolve the problem immediately. They diagnosed the non-delivery of the order and automatically resent it, which arrived quickly and without any problems. I highly recommend it as always!

I think I had a conversation with a certain Elise about my delivery being late, but c-monétiquette had nothing to do with it, it was the carrier who made a mess of things. Elise was responsive and offered me a more suitable solution. I've ordered 3 times and I won't hesitate to do it again.

I love your products but as a loyal customer of 4 children's stickers for many years (over 10) now I feel there should be even better discounts deals for us.
I've been ordering from Esistmeins since daycare and the things just stick very well. They don't break in the washing machine or dishwasher. And the cool thing is that as soon as I remove them, they come off without any fuss or sticky residue!
