I was unfortunate because the order did not arrive on time but with a 3-week delay and the labels were a bit bent because the envelope got wet. However, they refunded me immediately as soon as I contacted them via email to notify them of the delay and my son had already started school. Mistakes can happen but they behaved very correctly.
