No problems with the labels. Just a small malfunction at checkout, no payment confirmation. My order still appeared in my basket. Order received promptly but forgot to put the greaseproof paper inside, forcing me to retrieve the old ones from my previous order.

My experience with Petit-Fernand has always been very good to excellent. An excellent service in general, even though this last time there was a problem with the delivery of my order, Petit-Fernand did not hesitate to listen and resolve the problem immediately. They diagnosed the non-delivery of the order and automatically resent it, which arrived quickly and without any problems. I highly recommend it as always!

I think I had a conversation with a certain Elise about my delivery being late, but c-monétiquette had nothing to do with it, it was the carrier who made a mess of things. I've been ordering from Esistmeins since daycare and the things just stick very well. They don't break in the washing machine or dishwasher. And the cool thing is that as soon as I remove them, they come off without any fuss or sticky residue!
